Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in West Chester Township

There chicken is good and even when there busy you can get your food fast but last time I was there I seen a problem in the swing of things maybe the runner girl was new but I normally don't go to this canes I go to I different one so when my name was called and I seen I had Cole slaw instead of extra toast I asked if I could switch it she ran to the windows and waited for another order to come up witch took a minute but then when she had to serve the next order I had to ask her again and she told me I needed​ to stand in line again and ask casher when I did there was no problem but I did notice the confusion in her job it was like she would be staring into space and was asked to clean tables seems to me to get her out or there way canes is a great place to eat but I've noticed them slipping fast as they get busy this visit also had no ice in the drink dispenser and all the open tables were dirty and the star employee was wipein down windows and trying to avoid any type of work get it...

So after talking to my peers who had tried it... typical response was "its okay, nothing to be hyped about" I finally got to give it a try myself. I read the reviews and distastefully blew off the negative ones, thinking to myself, there is always a line around this place. They have to be doing something right. Well, I'm not quite sure what that "something right" is? I went through the drive thru... it moved quick enough. I'm not a critique on waits unless excessive. I ordered the 3 piece meal, with slaw and subed the fries for an extra sauce. Simple enough.. how ever they got it wrong. Forgot the slaw completely. Oh well. Chicken time! Oh noooooo. Let down again. The texture was nice, not to greasy, not to dry. How ever the taste was very average. If you had bought some frozen chicken from the grocery and deep fried it at home with no seasoning.. you would have Canes Chicken. Sauce is great. Staff is friendly, but the food.. the one thing you actually have to do,...

I was really excited to try it.. went inside and the line was to the door so I tried the drive-thru instead.. I ordered the Caniac combo which includes 6 chicken fingers, fries, toast, 2 Cane's Sauce, cole slaw and a large drink for around $10. My boyfriend and I split the combo , it was plenty of food for 2.. The chicken tasted a lot like KFC minus the grease. Fries were exactly like White Castle's.. I'm not a fan of cole slaw myself so it doesn't matter to me. The Coke we got had a weird aftertaste and we couldnt figure it out, so I traded it in for a Fanta Orange and the same aftertaste was there... it tasted like metal? We thought maybe it was because there are new pipes or something? I'm not too sure. But the toast was really good dipped in the Cane's Sauce, but the sauce just tasted like BBQ and Ranch mixed together. The wait was a little long, food was hot but bland. Workers were nice.
