Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Chester

My kids like this type of "cardboard" pizza...I am not a fan. But I am a fan of trying something new, especially something old-new. I remember Pizza Hut from long ago...the salad bar, the book buttons (?). The old Wendy's salad bar was a big hit for me, too. My dad and I really hit those salad bars! Anyway, nostalgia gets me, so even when (and it always is!) money is tighter than tight, my kids and I like to try new things and keep up with the new spots in WC, so we drove over to the old Great Pumpkin (and the memories...ahhhh) to order the new Pizza Hut on the spot. So. First thing we always notice: who greets us? Well, this is not the fault of the workers as the workers were pleasant and helpful, but they were not invested in this place at all. We ordered a pizza and cinnamon rolls. We waited there for about ten minutes. , Pretty easy. $15 total. The pizza was awful. Much much worse than Domino's (and I'm not a fan of that, either). It was barely edible and very greasy. We ate a piece each on the way home and threw away the rest. Not worth keeping and not a place we will ever return to. Boo! The cinnamon rolls were way too sweet and sticky...

Ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time in probably 20 plus years for nostalgic reasons with my family and food wise it tasted very similar to what we all remembered, so that was great. BUT, & I hate that I have to say this AGAIN about another place in WC, after a $150 plus dollar bill, I didn’t get what I ordered & it’s just really frustrating. When you order 3 pies, 1 Large Sausage, 1 Medium Pepperoni, & 1 Large Cheese (for the kids), is it really that hard to get the order right??? The door dash receipt said the above order, the receipt from PH said the above order, yet we got a Medium Sausage, a Medium Pepperoni, & a Large Sausage. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but if you have kids you know how picky & how frustrating it can be to get them too eat sometimes. Like I said above tho, at least the pies were good, so just try your best to make sure they get your order right, & that goes for any...

Don’t buy from this place, the only reason you go to a Pizza Hut is speed and convenience and this place is neither. They took over 30 minutes after my arrival to get a carry out order to me, the employees wander around the back looking like they’re trying to avoid work. The man manning the counter spends about 5% of his time there and the rest standing in the back on his phone or hidden from view. Won’t tell you what’s going, how long it will be, forgets what your order is and has to ask again then when it does make it to the warmer isn’t there to give it to you and you have to beg another employee to get it out for you. Take your money elsewhere. For the same time it takes you can get way better pizza at...
