Barney's Pizza Chicago — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I am Allergic to peppers. My order was VERY specific. I Ordered a Corn beef Sandwhich with Mustard, cheese, extra Pickles, and NO HOT PEPPERS!!!! Instead i recieved a Corn Beef with Peppers, No Pickles, and cheese. I called and asked for my money back EVIDENTLY very upset due to the fact that i bit into a hot pepper and my mouth is swelling up. I simply asked for my money back. A manager named joseline informed me that somebody would bring me my money. A hour later, i called Barneys back upset that my money still hasnt arrived, and the manager Named Joseline Harris told me that they would have to charge a delivery fee meaning that i would have to come to the restaurant and pick my money up. I stated to her that i dont care about the delivery fee, and bring me my money like she said she would do the first time i called. I should NOT have to get in my vehicle and drive anywhere for a BIG mistake that Your restaurant has made. The fact that i am allergic to hot peppers and i bit into a sandwhich with hot peppers has pissed me off. And the fact that i still have not and will not recieve my money is even more upsetting. The manager Joseline is very rude. She does not need to be a manager. She has horrible customer service skills. And i will be sure to take a trip to the emergency room and speak with my lawyer about...

This is the worst of the worst....business wise, food and most DEFINITELY for customer service!!!!! I ordered a pizza at 2 :39 didn't get it until almost 6 that evening!!!! It was old and ice cold!!! When i informed them i didn't want it and wouldn't pay for it the manager stated she would credit my credit card well three days later no crrdit. Called again two day, which is now 5 days later no credit and was still swearing they credited my card and it was my bank holding the funds. So my bank called and informed them that they have no transaction for a credit just a purchase the manager on duty said she would call someone and to call tomorrow, i did they put me on hold and hung up on me twice! So i went up there and found out they hadn't even did anything with my transaction PERIOD...IT WAS STILL THERE NOT VOIDED OR ANYTHING!!!!! THERE WERE TUBS OF DOUGH SITTING ON THE FLOOR WHILE THEY WERE MOPPING AND SPRAYING CLEANING FLUIDS all around them. I would advise anyone to never eat or purchase anything from here. No owner is available to monitor his or her establishment or no e-mail or anything! This place is a disgrace and we keep supporting it and they continue to give us mediocre service and disgusting food!!!! I will be reporting this...

This is by far the worst experience I ever had. The food and customer service is always unsatisfying but I eat here because it's very close to my home. Not only was my food COLD, (not warm, like the manager referred to after we called to complain.) It was also the wrong order. The delivery driver was very unprofessional, seemed to be very confused. We had to walk at least 50 feet from the house. She reversed down a one way street blocked traffic and couldn't still park. She couldn't locate our pop or the pizza, and After finding the pop under her seat she gave it to my husband covered in mud and dirt. She then proceeded to beg for a tip. We waited outside for 10mins while the driver went in circles trying to find our location. We called to speak with a manager and the workers hung up on us twice. The manager was also very unprofessional she rushed us off the phone after offering a discount on our next purchase. I Will never...
