Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Today I went to sit on the stools by the window and saw the entire countertop was covered in ants. Luckily I didn't see them elsewhere but it really turned me off.

The workers always rush you through your order even when there isn't anyone waiting behind you. I've been charged for a medium drink when I received a small been and charged full price for iced coffee between 3-6 when it's supposed to be 99 cents. The people who work here just don't care...

Absolutely the worst Dunkin. The staff appears to be bothered by clients being there. The wait time is absurd. And in the end, they can’t even get the order correct. That’s after me reminding them that I am still waiting for my order multiple times. Will never come back to this place. If you hate your job as much as these people do and have no desire to provide customer service then why do you keep coming to work here everyday. I’m done...

Ordered a coffee with half and half. The employee argued with me for 10 minutes telling me that wasn't a thing. Even had another customer attempting to help me explain to 2 employees that it was standard to have this anywhere that offers coffee.
