Dunkin August 20 2015 10:32 A.M A terrible experience in life. Were in 40 years can't feel more insulted than I felt ever before. First of all Dunkin management should make it compulsory to greet the customer with a sweet smile or with a happy gesture. Which I m seeing less is happening specially in Dunkin Restaurants. Completely My honest observation . No smile or what so ever just take the money give the food with out sayin Thank you. Any way I visited this restaurant where everybody seems like a manager they were 6 people screwing every second order resulting the customer to wait more longer time and on top the customer who is waiting next is also suffering for the same. I was also waiting not to mentioned long enough then I finally got my order with no thanks. Went out drove the car as my wife observed the vanilla Tea/ Chai was cold not even near to hot. I said ok lets go back and change it we went through the drive thru and made a little protest that you should see what you are delivering. It's Dunkin can't expect that from it. The lady wearing a blue t- shirt by the name Rochhare something like that took it back with such a bad attitude and dint even apologize. We were watching what she was doing she made the vanilla Chai and kept it aside we waited for at least 10 mins watching her how she is Ignoring us after that my patience got lost I blew my horn and told her why she is not handing over tea. She picked up the tea handed it over with such a disgraceful manner and when I bursted and shouted at her to ask what's her name she grabbed her badge with no shame or regret of how the hell she was behaving in such a prestigious And reputed place. Read moreThis location always seems to have the worst attitude ever. Employees hate to take orders. I understand mornings are busy but you have some that gives out order ask them politely if you can get some ketchup and staff worker completely ignores me after 4 times of approaching and hearing you. They can easily say give me a second I’ll be right with you but instead gave her attitude to another customer saying rudely that’s not your order. Then the manager comes up and i asked politely again she goes one second I’m said thank you because i was being ignored and she said with an attitude we are busy and I’m short staffed i understand that but that has nothing to do with me. I’ve worked in fast food places before so i know how hectic it gets. Mind you the ketchup was right under where they kept putting all the pick up orders which they have someone there and multiple people coming thru. I said my orders 3 times small coffee (hot) 2 creams three splenda and three caramel swirls. How do you get a large cold coffee from that ?
