Fisherman's Island — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I visit fisherman lsland today, and let me tell you guy, this has been the worst seafood I have had since coming to the restaurant, in the beginning they food was so delicious, and cook to perfection, now they have fallen off tremendously tremendously turn me this way tremendously. I would advise guys pick another seafood place to send your money. I sent $48.50 their and I am hurt I wast my money. An I should have known anytime the manager when taking your order is on their phone playing Monopoly game. When I made it home to enjoy my food everything in there was over cooked, and season, how can I lobster tail taste like a piece of Rock , and the potatoes and broccoli has so much season on it, it taste awful. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please find attached a picture of my uber order. I used to love fisherman’s island as a kid but today let me tell you…it was the last time I will be ordering from here. Best believe I will tell all family and friends of the pathetic excuse of a tray I received today. This is the untouched platter of shrimp and tilapia I ordered. Called at 10:00pm on June 19th. Asked if I could place an order over the phone. Was told, “No,” and that I’d have to come in to place an order. Asked when the store stopped taking orders, was told “10:15pm.” Got to the store at 10:11pm, and when trying to place an order, was told, “Sorry, we’re closed.” Both cashiers denied that it was them whom I spoke with on the phone and communicated how sorry they were for the inconvenience.
