Le Paris Bakery — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I am a Little Village native and have been eating pan dulce from this bakery since I was a kid. It has some of the most delicious Ojos de Pancha I have ever eaten. I have had my encounters with pastries from other bakeries however, there is a unique taste from LeParis pan dulce. The original LeParis is on 31st, when they decided to expand to the West Eldson neighborhood, I was ecstatic. To my surprise the quality nor taste from this location is equivalent to the 31st location. They are completely different recipes. Not sure what exactly happened there, but you might want to take the extra drive to Little Village, if you want a great tasting concha or an Ojos de Pancha out...

Good bread but they don’t pack them properly. Woke up to soggy bread in the morning and chocolate. They need to put them separate it’s so annoying having chocolate all over the table and fingers. Usually other bakery’s put them in plastic containers for these type of pans. But they just shoved it...

This review is solely based on their conchas. They have a good consistency and they’re slightly crunchy on the outside. The inside feels like a cloud in your mouth. The flavor is pretty good but it’s missing a little something. That being said, this concha is worthy of a pre long run...
