I am a Little Village native and have been eating pan dulce from this bakery since I was a kid. It has some of the most delicious Ojos de Pancha I have ever eaten. I have had my encounters with pastries from other bakeries however, there is a unique taste from LeParis pan dulce. The original LeParis is on 31st, when they decided to expand to the West Eldson neighborhood, I was ecstatic. To my surprise the quality nor taste from this location is equivalent to the 31st location. They are completely different recipes. Not sure what exactly happened there, but you might want to take the extra drive to Little Village, if you want a great tasting concha or an Ojos de Pancha out...
