El Molino Restaurant — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

WORST place ever!!! I Went to eat there a while back and when I left I saw that I had paid $32.32 for 2lbs of Carnitas and a couple days latter I saw that they charged $332.32.. I called them and they said they didn't know what I was talking about. I told them that I wanted my money back and the Owner told me she would give me $150 and call it a day. I refused and told her to give me my $300 back if not I would take her to court. She said she was not going to give me back $300 and that she also was not going to give me any info, so we could go to court. I'm pissed and I'm still trying ti solve this. Every time I call or go in to the restaurant to talk with her she is not available or has someone else answer the phone. I even had to have one of her coworkers call her from her personal phone, bc she will not answer me.. I'm starting the paper work to take her to court b/c this is not fair and it's so wrong. Please check your receipts and bank accounts b/c they have been know to steal...

I have ordered from El Molino Taqueria several times. Their tacos al pastor and tacos con pollo are outstanding...SO tasty! I get my tacos with just cilantro (simply because I don't personally like raw onions. I sometimes also get crema on my tacos, and it goes REALLY well with their al pastor.

Their tacos con carne asada are also nice, as is the barbacoa meat.

The beans and rice are lovely. Mmmmm.

The regular flan is...meh. It's a bit watery. Not bad, but not great. HOWEVER! The Flan Napolitano? It is AMAZING! It is dense and smooth and not too sweet and not eggy and it is a perfect texture and flavor and amount of sweet. it...

Food is not bad but i will be giving a one star rating for the service. The cashier was an older lady and she was talking to the chef, the chef said he had made an extra taco by accident to just give it to us and she started arguing and saying no because we were only paying for 5. It’s not a big deal BUT the fact the lady started arguing infront of me made me feel very uncomfortable and after the fact she started acting snarky.
