It is a horrible experience in the parking lot of this McDonald's location. I was not feeling well and parked the car in their parking lot. I went to buy a Starbucks coffee. This exercise took hardly 10 minutes. When I returned to get my car, a fatty kind of person came suddenly in front of me and informed me that I was on a recorded camera and started reading some pre-written script. I was shocked; why was he doing this all? I saw that my car's front wheels booted, and he told me to pay 170 dollars right away; otherwise, he would call the tow company and remove my car, even though I was the owner of the vehicle and standing in front of the car. I was curious about who that guy was; he asked me to immediately hurry up and pay 170 USD. I asked him, who are you? And why are you making this mess? I have been a customer of McDonald's, this location, for many years. He started asking for the 170 USD. He had one of his co-workers sitting in the car just next to my car, and I realized later that when I paid 170 USD via my debit card, he told that guy to remove the boots from my car's wheel. It was a horrible incident in the parking lot of this McDonalds. I am sure the McDonald's management knows about this scam and hired these guys to pressure the general people and steal money. I will never revisit this location. I am sure the management of this Mcdonald's location is already involved in this scam; otherwise, how can someone do these scams in their parking lots?...
Read moreAt 1:30 AM, Sunday, October 2nd, I ordered online. Went through the drive thru with my code, drive thru guy confirms it after mistakingly confirming a order that wasn't mine. I had to correct him. Went to the second window and my order suddenly no longer exists. The Hispanic lady who I assume was a manager told me that the only mobile order on their end was an order for Nate which wasn't mine and that they have no order for my name. I show them the receipt on the McDonald's app which they didn't even BOTHER to look at and instead kept trying to sell me the only other mobile order on their system which again was not mine. This went on for a while until I was asked to repeat my order. I did. After that she asks for payment. I give her my card. After getting my card back and looking at the receipt I see an order for a SPICY deluxe with the jalapeno sandwich that I never ordered. I exclaimed that to them. And the Dr Pepper I ordered wasn't even on there. After I told her about the missing Dr Pepper and again saying it's not my order, she had the audacity to say "See? You don't even know what you ordered." They had just made me pay for someone else's meal. The damn receipt said for Nate. I left with two payments on my card for...
Read moreThey fight for $15 minimum wage yet... give you food that's been dropped on the ground outside in the same bag. When I just went there in the drive-thru I simply ask for lemonade (after about 5-7 minutes of trying to place an order with an employee who couldn't care less) she yells "WE DONT HAVE LEMONADE!" in such a rude manner we're taken aback. Then, after repeated 2 LARGE combos to her over and over again for 7 minutes, we get to the window and we get 2 regular combos.
After mentioning this to the window guy, he looks at us crooked and asks "why didn't you say anything about the drink?" I give him the bag, he upcharges us for bigger fries (didn't even bother grabbing the drink as well.) While he's giving us the new bag it rips and the food spills on the floor in the drive-thru.
The person who was driving picks up the bag and gives it back to him. He tells us to go park and after a few minutes the manager brings the bag to us...it's the same bag and after we got home come to find out it's the same food that fell to the ground (as evidenced by the dirty fries and boxes.) At no point were we rude to them, but they felt compelled to do everything possible to ruin what should be a simple 5 minute...
