I had to bring food to an elderly family friend who was 100 years old that lives right around the corner for there for 50 years. They asked me to stop at McDonald's and get them a sandwich and fries when I got in line it was pretty busy but here is what the problem lies!when I got to the window nobody even told me to hold on I sat there for 15 minutes until somebody spoke to me they finally talked to me and I had to repeat my order ten times the girl taking my order was talking to everybody else like she was at home. I have never seen anything like this in my life!!! Then I pull up to get my order they handed me the hamburger for the elderly I was bringing the food to. she told me there is no fries to pull up for five minutes 32 minutes went by. I was pretty scared to even get out of the car because the store was locked and it was only the drive-thru that was open and there was about 25 cars.I had to get out and walk up to the window and ask them why they forgot me about my fries for 32 minutes? the lady said that everybody is not listening to her and she's pretty sorry and then she made me wait ten more minutes so I waited 47 minutes for one french fry and one cheeseburger 🍔😐 so basically I understand they were pretty busy but it was like I wasn't even a customer I tried to go out of my way to help someone else and I waited 47 minutes and wasted basically all my gas to be treated like I'm not a customer. I'm sure there's lots of hard workers there but that day in particular I encountered the most disrespectful customer service I've ever seen in my whole entire life. Life is what you make it and it's how you treat people on a daily basis on how your life is really going to turn out. I feel like even if I'm spending 10 cents or $100 at McDonald's I should be treated like a customer and with dignity and respect. I showed nothing but dignity and respect to everybody but I didn't get any in return. I really hope that everything gets better for all the...
Read moreI’m giving this a 3 star but it would have been a 1 star. There is a young lady manager she is approx 20+ years she’s brown skin she wear the black manager outfit. She’s always on the drive through speaker. She is EXTREMELY rude and very unprofessional. I live in the neighborhood and I have been going to this establishment for about a year. She hasn’t always worked there. Before she worked there never had any problems. Since the very first day she came to this location she was been very ignorant. She does not have a customer service bone in her body and i honestly don’t know how y’all promoted her. There are plenty of mature women in the back of the store who deserve that position, namely Ms Tasha! She is extremely PROFESSIONAL! personable and positive. She knows how to connect with the customer, she has empathy and she gets the job done without disrespecting herself or anyone else. Her manager the young lady has no tact and I would appreciate if y’all removed her or reprimanded her. Give Tasha a chance at manager if she would like it and a raise because she is the one carrying that crew at night time! That young woman need to be coach on how to speak to people. I never heard someone so angry and so nasty all the time. This is why I stopped shopping here and I take the extra drive to madison location:. Because of one person. I have already contacted corporate because it’s very disgusting behavior. I have a business and I get reviews rather I give good or bad service and I will be using my power to its greatest extent as a...
Read moreMy experience was great! It was a little wait but thats expected when you have a full line of cars ordering. Dont have my receipt to name any employee but they were nice and respectful. The cashier was cashiering and taking orders which was cool to me. He was multitasking. I dislike it when they call the employees ghetto. If they run out of things then fine. If they mix up an order then thats fine too. Its has nothing to do with being slow or ghetto. Its just human error or maybe its the computers. But Im proud of my fellow young people working and making a living for themselves. But I know people get extremely upset when their hungry but lets not keep each other down. No one seems to care about the other side of customer service. Amd I dont think they ever will. But I will visit there again whenever im in Chicago. The food was good. And my grandson loved the fries. I feel bad for what the employees go through. but all I can advise to them is, just remember when they leave your line their out of your space. Just service them with a smile and once their gone, just focus on the next customer. Dont even think about anyone whom was rude or giving you...
