I had the most disgusting experience at this joint of yours. This is to inform you that the supervisor at this location (a Mexican guy) is a rogue and extremely rude. I order a chicken bowl with sides and toppings for no extra cost. The cashier charged me for a Homewrecker bowl, which was like $2 extra. I told her I did not order a Homewrecker and I did not order any topping, which comes at an extra cost; she opened the lid of the bowl to check if I got guac (which is extra). When she could not find any, she apologized and called her supervisor (the guy mentioned earlier). He quite aggressively wanted to convince me that because I ordered all the toppings, which are no extra cost, I should still pay extra, i.e., the price of the Homewrecker bowl. When I said but that is not what is mentioned on the menu board, he looked extremely pissed. He instantaneously refunded my card and refused to give me the food. This was both shocking and humiliating because I was asking to pay the fair price, and he was the person who should not have charged me extra for the food I did not order. The incident was so unexpected that I did not even get a receipt. So kindly do not ask for one. I only have a credit card receipt. I felt like I was humiliated and refused food because I caught this guy cheating me with my money. It is not a question of the amount of money (which is negligible in this case) but the integrity and behavior of your staff. Kindly take notice and take corrective measures, as you will lose further customers like myself who are an ardent fan of the chain but do not have any appetite...

One thing that's unusual is they have a sign saying to sign up for the most reward program but they don't allow you to use any of the Rewards or even earn points when you're there using that rewards program.

I came there because I had a coupon which they don't redeem any coupons. Which is fine it's always participating locations is always known ahead of time. Food was on par of what you expect.

But I don't understand why would you ever ties her rewards on your counter when you can't earn rewards at your location...

Terrible. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their website says it’s open until 9pm, but it’s a total lie. When we arrived at 6:33pm the very rude employee told us that they close at 6:30pm.
