I had a horrible experience at this place first of the lady taking orders didn’t know where they were located when I called and asked if I had the correct location she told me they were located on division & Laramie when they are located between Leclaire & Lawler & division when I politely told her that she was giving me the incorrect information because I live in the area she cursed me out and hung up on me so I physically went to that location to place my order and received terrible service my food took over 30 minutes for 6 wings and a Italian Beef and it was cold I asked for a refund and I will never spend a dime...

One of the worst experiences i have had eating at a shark's. When i got home with my food the chicken was old. Looked like they just threw the chicken back in the grease to warm it up.
