Where to start? I placed a mobile order, and the app acknowledged I was there at the location. I went thru the drive thru, but the screen was broken, and after sitting their in silence for about 3-4 minutes - no, “I’ll be right with you,” or anything, I assumed the drive thru box was just broken altogether. I pulled up to the window and told the girl I was there to pick up my mobile order. She said I could not get my order because I needed to tell her at the drive thru box. I explained the screen was all pixilated and no one acknowledged I was waiting there, so I assumed it was broken. I was told basically, “too bad”, and I had to drive around again or come inside. At this point, my order had been placed about 10 minutes earlier. I decided to go inside. The staff were CLEARLY miserable. Half of them were not properly wearing their masks. They were blatantly rude to each other in front of the customers. I watched for over 10 minutes as a staff member begged “Kia” to come over with her thumb print to open up the register so she could take orders. When I made it through the line, I told the girl at the register I was there to pick up my mobile order. THAT is when they started preparing it (not when I submitted it through the app, not when I told the girl in the drive thru I was there to pick it up...). 2 of the staff argued over who was preparing my order. They were about to give me the wrong drinks when I pointed out one of the drinks was supposed to be a Coke. Then I waited another 5 minutes while they changed the Coke syrup. After over 15 minutes, I finally received my order. No, “sorry for the wait,” or anything. Total time from clicking “submit” on the mobile order to actually receiving it: about 30 minutes. This place is one of the least efficient, most unwelcoming Wendy’s I have...
Read moreUNPROFESSIONAL. They get their friends to write 5 star reviews for them. It’s very obvious. Nothing about this place or customer service is 5-star. Beware of this establishment. The woman who took my order was legit talking to her boyfriend on the phone and eating with no mask on at all !!! So unsanitary!! Why has this wendys not been fined or shut down is beyond. There’s a healthy Pete’s grocery store down the street so this place won’t cause a food desert. I advise people in this neighborhood who have experienced bad customer service from this particular wendys to put in complaints through the receipts they are handed from purchase, over low rated reviews. That creates more room for Wendy's corporate to conduct an investigation. Keep and ask for receipts and rate them poorly on Wendys website over Google reviews. Clearly by reading the reviews this management does not care and continues to pick and choose when they want to give good customer service. Many of the employees are extremely hood and lack mannerism, including the manager . Look at the pic of the woman who took my order for crying out loud. Shut this place down or hire Hispanic people to take over this location who know how to serve fast food...
