I came here last week Easter weekend and I ordered a sausage bagel once I got to the window the lady kept asking me "what did you order?" I repeated myself 2x and she looked at the bag and handed me it....I knew it wasnt going to be the right order so I drove up to the driveway and pulled it out...I got a sausage croissant with bacon...I had to get out and tell them my order was wrong. There was an employee running out to give someone there order and the customer told them it was wrong so the employee ran back in and told the manager it was wrong. The manager yelled "I TOLD YOU I TOLD YOU!!!" But in Spanish. So the lady at the drive thru clearly has no understanding of English she shouldn't have been placed there since she was messing up everyone's order. On today my mom went to get me a sausage bagel and a donut since I was busy working. I got to take my break and the frosted donut was at the bottom of the bag and the sausage bagel was on top of it the donuts frosting was all on the sausage bagel. Rude and careless. I am NEVER going to give them my business again. I'll pay more for Starbucks which should be put there instead of Dunkin donuts always messing up...
Read more0-Stars Terrible service, I asked for 2 ice matcha latte and they gave me hot I told them I asked for cold and they got upset they go and pop it in another glass with ice and they give me only 1/4 part of a large glass I tell you are sure it is a large I touch it and it is hot I tell him give me back my money and he says I can't give it back to you and of course you have to give me back my money, he closes the window and leaves but I did not move from there until I return, he looks at me, I will open the box and he gives me cash and says that's what I'm going to give you. Read moreWe ordered 2 hot lattes in the drive-thou and we received 2 cold lattes (not iced) hot lattes that had been sitting around long enough to get cold. I noticed when I got home, called the store to see if I can get a replacement sense I live near by and owner said yes, pick up replacements.
When I arrived and told them what management said the employee taking my order said they would only replace 1 latte, despite management telling me I'd get both replaced. After some back and forth they gave me the correct order, but not without a whole bunch of attitude and resistance.
