Several months ago I stopped at the drive thru to order a roast beef sandwich to be told they were out of roast beef. How? How does the "we have the meats" franchise run out of meat, and their signature meat at that? Fast forward about 8 months, I decided to stop by again. I am a beliver in second chances. This time I order their new Sweet Heat Chicken Sandwich that is heavily advertised. Was told "we are out of the sweet heat sauce". How? For the life of me, help me understand why you even have a menu if you cannot sell the items on your menu? I did file a complaint w corporate, have yet to hear back. That in itself answers a lot of questions for me. If the problems start at the top and noone is willing to undestand nor fix the problem, they'll continue to trickle down the chain. Your new slogan should be "we dont have the meats. We dont bring the sauce. And we dont care. Eat somewhere else." For those reasons, I will not be returning to this establishment. Two different visits, same outcome. And please, save us all the "we are sorry to hear you had this experience, please reach out to us." A) You're not sorry. B) You obviously still arent doing anything to fix the problem. C) It is not a supply chain or shortage issue at all. D) You dont respond to the complaints/suggestions made through your...
Read moreI had become cynical through my endeavors in life but I found hope in a young lady named Sheterica Golson tonight. I had been other places with the same dilemma and had been met with rude or dismissive people. I simply wanted to give a group of battered women a warm meal and I was more than willing to help with the expenses. When I confronted Sheterica with the proposal I had she wasted no time to help those in need. She contacted her district manager without hesitation to gain permission to help with feeding these distressed souls. While other people are more involved with their vitual reality(cellphones), Sheterica rose to the occasion with a smile and a helpful hand. All the battered women are now enjoying a warm meal thanks to her and her efforts, one less burden off their backs. She has caused a tear in this old veterans eye to see her selfless act of going above and beyond to help provide for her community in need. I just wish there were more Shetericas in this world, then it wouldn't be so dark. If she is direct representation of Arby's as a company I back them 100%. I will be going to 1222 Charleston hwy anytime I'm in the vicinity and feel hungry or if I need a positive soul to lift me up. Thank you Sheterica,...
Read moreI hate this place!! I've had problems with this place since before they offered a dollar menu. I havn't been here in the last 2 years because it was so bad. I don't know what I was thinking giving them another chance to disappoint me.
So not only was the fries soggy but the tea tasted like straight up mildew. My husband called this morning to talk with a day manager and all they could say was why didnt you go back last night? Why should we have to drive back there are they going to give me gas money? My husband said why would I want to talk to the same people that made the mistake? Then all she said was they were sorry but they've been having problems with the night shift crew and was thinking about firing all of them.
My husband told her that it's apparently not just the crew members because the management didn't seem to be running things properly. Then she said well their night manager is young... Um, okay then hire someone who isn't.
Then she asked well what do you want me to do? I'm not going to give out free food. We're not looking for free food especially from this location but some kind of hospitality would've been a nice gesture. I'm done with this place and I'm calling DHEC this time....
