Bojangles — Restaurant in West Columbia

Google waits up to 24 hours or more to ask for a review. I finally figured out to take and save pictures for the review when asked however I did not do so on this visit, now the review. Pretty disappointed, I ordered the Cajun Filet Biscuit combo during breakfast hours, around 9:00am. BoRounds we're not ready and I had to wait, they were nice and hot when I did get them roughly 5 minutes after my order was taken. The Cajun Filet Biscuit sat on the serving tray the whole time and of course was colder than if I had gotten it fresh, or from under the heating unit where it was obviously sitting before I came into the restaurant. The next thing, I this is what I am especially dissatisfied with, the chicken filet was VERY, VERY thin. There was more breading than there was meat. This was not a chicken breast but maybe one fourth of a chicken breast. They must take one chicken breast and slice them as many times as they can to make as many filets as they can get out of one breast, this is where I wish I had taken a picture. If you take away the breading, the meat was almost paper thin. Many companies do this now, instead of raising their prices, they give you less product. Take mayonnaise for instance, they are charging the same price but the have decreased the size of the jar to hold up to 8 ounces less than what used to be in the jar, this may not sound like much but when they sell millions of jars a year, it adds up to big money. It appears BoJangles has gotten on the band wagon and is changing their customers more without telling them, kind of a sneaky, underhanded tactic don't you think? Besides that, the meat was dry and unappealing due to it being so thin and they haven't figured out to adjust the cooking time yet for a much thinner...

I stopped by this morning to get my 16yr. daughter a chicken biscuit with cheese combo and a sweet tea. We got on the interstate just as she opened her biscuit and found no cheese. We were running late for my daughter's appointment with her oncologist . She got so upset because it wasn't the first time this happened and she especially loves those biscuits with cheese. I called them to complain nicely. I was hopeful they might say I could come by later in day and get it. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind the lady who answered was. She said if I was still close I could get it fixed. I explained I was running late for an appointment. She said ok we will bring it to you. I said it wasn't necessary as I was going to be across town at the Children's hospital. She assured me they were sending it right over! They hand delivered it to us in the infusion room and even brought two Boberry biscuits too! Y'all this was above and beyond!!! I am so pleased with how my daughter smiled as she enjoyed her biscuit. Ordered Large Fries only. They we're nice and hot and perfect flavor like always. My issue is I ordered, waited in line behind someone who took their time getting food and got to the window, paid and then was told to pull up and wait without anyone behind me to wait for my order of fries. Why is it okay to have a customer wait past the serving window for their order if there is noone behind them? It causes extra work for the employees to walk out of the store and can easily agitate customers for simple item orders, I was given no explanation just told to pull forward. Having someone pull forward to get them out of your window is rude in the food and beverage industry.. It's not only dangerous to the person you make walk out of your stores to hand deliver food to customers these days but it wastes production time they could have turned around to be doing the next task. I still consider this location a five star palace of service compared to the Harbison Location but still, please be mindful and consider of your guests and...
