Pizza Hut — Restaurant in South Carolina

Went in to order food,I ordered a personal pan pizza with 6 bone in wings after asking them to do the 6.99 deal that says on the commercial make it anyway you want it.They only do it for boneless wings.The manager was asked if they had any specials for wings and the guy was told No.So I said okay that ain't gonna work,so I did it all separately.Wasn't cheap.I had ordered a personal pan pizza before and it was cooked well and brown crust and brown bottom.This experience, it was brought to me lightly cooked still a lil doughy.So I brought it back up to have them remake it well done.So I waited and it was brought out to me again.The same way.I was asked if it was good,I said no it was the same.So,the manager comes out and says she watched the worker put it back in and cook it a lil longer in the oven, it took the same time as it did the first time to get it.Then I asked her for a refund she flat out said we don't do refunds and that she remade it again.I said yeah and it's not well done like I asked.She said if we did it again and again it would be burnt and she said it was well done.I said no it's not.Then i said maybe I wanted it a lil burnt.Then she said well if you wanted it a lil burnt you should have said so.I said I didnt know I had to say kinda burnt,I said I've been in the restaurant buisness for many years and I have never seen or heard there's different levels of well done.She proceeded to argue with me about well done.I said Im done no more talking.I will never go back to this pizza hut.Rude as heck.Very disrespectful.Talks down to you like your an...

Absolutely terrible. This is the third and last time I will be purchasing a pizza from this establishment. I placed my order in person to one of the shift managers named Walida. I requested a lot of tomato sauce not once but twice because of issues I have had in the past from Pizza huts dry pizzas. She did look back and stress to the guy, I guess was going to make my pizza, to make sure to put alot of tomato sauce on it. Got the pizza home and the first bite I took cut the roof of my mouth. I inspected the pizza and the was only enough sauce on it to be able to say that sauce is present on it. Called the pizza hut back and after being put on hold and the transferred to the call center then back to the store then put back on hold then transfered to the call center then back to the store and then to a person, I assume only has enough education to be able to push a button, tells me that she would let Walida know that my pizza had no sauce and she would call me back. I was just in the store 10 minutes ago and there was maybe 3 people in there. Why wouldn't she just pick the phone up and talk to me???? Well to sum up my experience I would suggest little Cesar's pizza to anyone that is considering pizza from pizza hut. I don't believe they are capable of making a ham sandwich much less a pizza. I would rate it zero stars if that...

This location has the worst customer experience at any restaurant I have ever been to. Wish I could give it zero stars. The first time I went there I waited in line for 20 minutes (arrived after the food was supposed to be ready) and he said it wasn't ready yet. About 20 minutes more of waiting and somone else realized it was in the warmer the whole time.

I gave them another try about a month later and had a similar experience. Except this time they made the wrong size. I only found this out after waiting 30 minutes while they were fixing another customers order they got wrong, and when I got to the front of the line she ignored me while she cashed out the delivery drivers.

After both experiences there was no attempt to reconcile for the poor customer service and wasting my time.

Edit* I made the mistake months later trying again on new years. We ordered early to avoid the rush and it worked! We received our pizza in the promised time frame! However they put black olives on my pizza instead of bacon. I called and a nice old lady promised to have the correct pizza sent immediately. Spoiler alert: it never came. I called back a couple times only to get an answering service and passed around explaining my story to 4 different people getting nowhere. New years resolution for me would be NEVER ORDER FROM THIS...
