We were the only people in the lobby when we ordered, 5 mins go by some high school kids come in and everyone working comes to talk to them even the people in the back so figured our food was gonna take a second because if that. Another few minutes go by the kids that came in get food, not once did I see them order or pay for anything, just figured their buddy gave them fries or something. Another 5 mins go by and a crowd of people come in. The kids that came in earlier are now standing beside the counter talking to their buddies while the people are ordering and they now are getting custards, still haven’t seen them pay. Another few minutes go by still no food and the people who came in after us and ordered get their first tray it’s now been 20 mins and when I ask about our order the girl behind the counter says oh I put that together someone must have taken it mind no one has come in and left since we got there. The kids who came in that knew everyone had food and never would take it out of the bag but can probably guess what I assumed since we ordered some chicken strips and one of them had one in his hand and that point. Finally get our food after waiting 25 mins for a to go order and then they still gave us the wrong sides (guess someone stole those too). At that point I was amazed there was even food in the bag so opted to just go instead of wait another 25 mins for it...
Read moreSo when you order a frozen HARD quart with add ins, you get several smaller containers of soft serve, a whole banana (you have to peel and cut up), and a smaller container of your other add in... I paid $10 for a custom made specialty just to get assorted items that I have to prep and assemble myself. So I call, ask for manager, Tracey. She said 'oh yeah, we are currently out of the quart containers', just non chalant and matter of fact, like it's not a problem. No apology. No concession. Nothing. Horrible customer service. I didn't get mad or yell, I just said thank you and hung up.They could have set system as 'unavailable' on the the online order. Or wrote a note on the bag explaining the mishap. Customer service is just NON EXISTENT these days. I just have to stop having same expectations as I have for myself. And stop spending money on ridiculous stuff anyways....
Read moreI had drive through the people were nice yes but I had ordered the new Caramel apple concrete and it was good at first but I discovered plastic in there which I sssumed was part of a plastic spoon so I continued eating then I discovered someone’s nail in the ice cream I was disgusted because this was the second time I went to the restaurant and they had something nasty in my food but I’d decided to ignore it that time I can’t ignore it now. The fact that this restaurant just opened not too long ago makes it so much worse. It wasn’t even that busy either, there was no one behind me, there was no excuse for what they served me. Imagine being in my shoes you go to a fast food restaurant to order Icecream and you find a nail in it. I been to other fast food restaurants and this has never happened. So for it to happen at Freddy’s not once but twice when it just opened...
