My son likes to eat here. I am not a big McDonald’s fan… the frappe is good. The milkshakes are good, egg muffins and sausage McGriddles are good, the pancakes and hash browns are good.
My son loved the fries, I’m not a big fan of fries.
The fish sandwich is so very good if you go home and put extra cheese on it, but just too small for the daggum price… so there’s that.
The service except for this one younger man down there is awful, even management couldn’t recognize and address the poor service of having an attitude with customers for no reason asd acting bothered by the fact that someone is ordering food, from the job you work at, good thing tipping is not a thing there.
Now God bless us all, but be kinder please. Solve the issues of poorly attitudes in the staff as this is basic customer service, it’s hard to want to go somewhere and eat/appreciate service when it is pretty ill intended service and almost like there is no decent staff that enjoys speaking with your customers.
We go only now for our son, and despise doing that, and that is sad coming from a well known fast food chain.

They open say they prioritize the drive through, took food from our order and transferred it to a drive thru order to keep the line moving. Said they would remake our order fresh. I have always assumed that my order would be fresh, but this is fast food not wait for others food. People should be served in the order they arrive and pay. Never have I seen them take part of an order out of a bag and give it to someone else. Nice to get part of our order fresh, but the rest of it sat there while they remade it. Cold fries are awful I don't care who's they are. If you can't run your operation fairly or quickly maybe you should visit Chick-fil-A at the next exit, that is where we stopped after pitching the awful food you served us. We asked for you to cancel our order and give us back our money but nobody knew how to do that. Perhaps better training is needed or maybe you should either go back to old fashion cash registers or fully AI, because where you are at now isn't working. Read moreI ordered a regular cheeseburger no onion no pickle regular fry and a chocolate shake but since I didn't specify what size shake I guess the employees are told to upsize so he gave me L and when I looked up on the screen I saw that,.. I said is L the only size U have I said you don't have like A, M & L?? he changed it.. all I'm saying I mean I said all that to say be sure you check your screen before you leave because if you don't say SPECIFICALLY the sizes of what it is you're ordering they WILL UPSIZE you.. and when you get down to give them your money they don't say hi they don't smile they don't say welcome to McDonald's none of that.... they just tell you your order total and just stands there and wait....it would be nice if they would smile or greet you or something at least acknowledge you....other than standing there like just waiting for you to hand them your money I understand that this is a fast food place and things are supposed to move fast but you can still smile and be polite and move fast at the same time🙄 management should take note of this review and then I'll change my stars on your restaurant when you change your...
