With the COVID-19 going on I witnessed the Manager do something so gross it made me and my kids never want to go there again. Me n my kids were inside and being served by a young girl, while the manager was at the drive thru helping someone else i watched him scoop ice cream on a couple of cones and walk back up to the window well i guess the customer cancelled and didnt make the purchase so the manager took the already served cones he was physically handling turned them upside down dumped the ice cream back in the buckets of ice cream and put the cones back with the other ones for the next customer we got grossed out and told him how i felt about...

I came to this 31 flavors and ordered a hand pack 1 quart and they didn't weigh it. When I insisted they weight it they said its not something they do. Finally they weighed it and told me it was over the normal weight. It felt light so when I got home I weighed it and it was only 22 oz when it should have been 32 oz. Won't go there again.
