I came in wanting to try some Thai food, but the food here does not compare to my primary Thai restaurant. The customer service appears to be lacking since the employees have to be alerted by the customer to get a refill for a glass of water. The employees like hiding in the kitchen and don't come out enough to help the customers. I had to call the employee to let her know that I wanted to order something since she was hiding in the kitchen. After ordering my food, the wait time was pretty long and I almost fell asleep waiting 10 mins for food. Lastly, the food in there was pretty salty and had too much water. This wasn't a satisfying experience for me since the noodles in there were extremely soggy. Before leaving, I had to call the employee again just to grab her attention to pay. The bad thing is that with nobody at the cash register and the employees constantly hiding in the kitchen, people could easily leave without them noticing, unless made obvious. As for the food, it was not worth it to eat here overall with the slow wait and non-attentive employees. I ate here once and never want to come back here again because every part of the food I ate looked like it came from a can,...
Read moreWent to this place since its one of my dad's favorite Thai spots. My father is Thai, born in Thailand and he enjoys the food an staff. They talk Thai to him whenever he visits and always makes him feel welcomed. They have a really nice staff so I had to check it out. He was right, they are way more polite than the Thai restaurants in Vegas. The food was really yummy and I thought it was awesome that they sale actual coconuts to drink an eat out of. So of course I ordered some of those while visiting my dad from out of state. I tipped as if I dined in, waiting for my takeout i got to see nice customers come in and the entitled rude ones. It's a pretty small place with little dining area but they made it work for them. For all the cheap people out there complaining about prices an quantity POST COVID, maybe eating food from restaurants are not for you, businesses are still recovering. Yoshinoya is across...
Read moreUPDATE: I recently re-visited this place; ordering the same thing I did last time...Panang curry with rice. There wasn't enough curry broth for the rice. I asked for more and the waitress said i would have to order another whole dish. I have eaten at many Thai places where there was leftover broth. In addition, they charge extra for the rice which is crazy. It would be like charging extra for the ice in iced tea. The waitress was not attentive at all. It felt like presence was a bother. I even had to go to the register to pay. I was waiting for them to ask me about my meal, but it appeared as if they really didn't care. I dont know, with all the other great Thai restaurants in the area, if I will give them another chance.
