My husband and I came to this Broncos location tonight to try something new since we normally go to the location on Badillo St. in Covina. Well… we will NEVER be coming back. While my husband was chewing his food, he pulled out a one inch piece of metal from his mouth. We called over our server who took the piece of metal back to the kitchen. When she came back, she apologized and stated the manager was not present, and offered us a free dessert. We said no since both of our appetites were lost and we no longer could enjoy our food. She went back to the kitchen and returned back to our table and stated she spoke to her manager on the phone and offered to take my husband’s meal off the bill. We were appreciative of this and that she took the time to contact her manager, but in a situation like this, our whole meal should have been compensated. The cleanliness of their food preparation is questionable, and the safety of their customers is at risk. Will not be returning.
