I grew up devouring Red Ribbon chiffon cakes (Mamon) in every flavor along with Sans Rival ( 4 layers of meringue wafer with buttercream icing and cashew nuts).
I have tried the bakeshop's Mango Madness cake, Black Forest, Ube Coconut and Ube Overload cakes. The cakes have always been moist and flavorful.
