It is worst experience ever in this Homedepot , the pro department manager is rude and she is lying and should not qualifying for being a manger . It took me three hours to get will call order of $2600. When I tried to claim my $100 reward, they promised me. But she lied to my face said I already redeemed the reward. When I showed my purchase receipts that showed no reward ever deemed . She throw me out the store .Assured, I never shop in this terrible store. When I spoke with the store manager Jeff. Tried to file a formal complaint. He will notsend me a formal form , he told me just Just oral statement. Another disappointment. Not only three hours time wasted for simple purchase because untrained emoloyee and I don't get my order filled due to this horrible pro extra manager. She will not even brave to give me her first name ,less alone his ID number. When. I try to take pictures of her. She run off with her face covered .
My question is , if home Depot manager treat a pro contractor who buy over $2600 that way, look down people and treat me horribly. what will this pathetic manger treat small buy customers ? Is it why it put automatically self service?
In addition, this store is just not for the contractor. They will not tell you truth about the product availability in another store .I am purchasing 3 different kind pressures treated lumber , this store are not available, yet when I requested another store availability. They lied to me said no other store have it . When I get to 4 miles away. All the pressure treated lumber have lot of availability. What kind of store not for customers needs, it lied me to get to buy products from the only store . Even at the customer costs : time wait and delay projects.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I encountered at your establishment recently. On August 10th, I visited your store with the intention of purchasing two poolside loungers. Unfortunately, the service I received left much to be desired.
Upon arrival, I found myself without a cart to transport the sizeable loungers. Determined to proceed, I took it upon myself to carry both loungers all the way to the customer service area. To my surprise and dismay, two male cashiers were stationed at the customer service register, seemingly idle with their arms crossed, watching me struggle to handle the two cumbersome chairs. Despite my efforts, there was no assistance offered.
Eventually, after reaching the checkout area, I was met by a friendly female cashier who promptly attempted to summon assistance. Regrettably, the wait for assistance grew excessively long. Frustrated by the delay, I decided to take matters into my own hands and pushed the chairs towards my vehicle. It was only through the kindness of a passing customer that I received the much-needed aid in loading the loungers into my car.
As a relatively petite female customer, it was disheartening to face such a lack of support and assistance during my visit. The experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While I appreciate the helpful attitude of the female cashier, the overall lack of support from the staff during my visit was disappointing.
I sincerely hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in the customer service experience at your store. I believe that every customer, regardless of gender or stature, should receive equal and respectful assistance. It is my hope that my next visit to your establishment will be met with a more positive and supportive encounter.

Read moreI also love this home depot because its near by but my experience with the customer service and especially from the manager was really upsetting, I bought a portable ac for my newborn to keep him fresh from the heat from a diffrent home depot about 20 mins away because they sold out and called and found 8 at this location so I bought it there and got a claim receipt but when i showed up it turns out they sold my saved ac to someone else which i dont understand how they could do that especially because I already paid for it and the customer service lady gives me the exude to say she dosent know what happened so i ask for the manager. He comes up with the most idiotic excuse that it take 2 hours for them to pick a claimed and purchased item which is stupidity its 2018 it doesn't take 2 hr for them to walk 10 ft and pick my ac which is really how far they were from them and on top of that they both just kept giving excuses and false statementa. The manager did nothing to make it up not even a discount for the ac which i have to wait a week for restock. I am deeply disappointed in this home depot because i am a loyal customer to the stores i go to, i dont spend 50$ ther I spend a good amount t over 300-500 every week due to my contruction company, i will not come back and take my business to lowes I have cancelled my home depot credit cards and accounts and will not refer to this location again if this is the type of service I get i take it personal i hope corporate reads this and takes action because i was not the only one with the same problem that day. The fact the other home depot location did there job and called ahead to save my ac and let me pay there was amazing but it its really upsetting I wasted my TIME driving in 118 Degree Weather for 20 MINUTES, my GAS and all just to UPSET me and eveveryone else that did what i did.
