First of all, I normally don't write review much on businesses plus I have been quite busy to write and post this review. However, I couldn't skip expressing my impression with the brand new SleepPeeps mattress store in West Covina. To begin with, I was at awe on their beautiful Grand Opening day, we walked in with an extreme warm welcome from the owner and the salespeople. The store decoration was impeccable and well presented as such a beautiful showroom for furniture and mattress. It feels so home, cozy and welcoming. Then a week later I came back and put in an order for a Puffy Cal King mattress and a power base. I had to say, the owner, Kiet Ha, has so much knowledge in his lines of products. He explained very thoroughly each types of mattress for my ease of decision. I could feel his sincerity to sell his quality products to fit my needs and my budgets rather than pushing just to sell me anything. I was very impressed with Puffy mattress which is very luxurious yet affordable, and that's what I ordered. Furthermore, I was tremendously pleased with the delivery as well as being timely manner. They came exactly at the time window as they previously notified. The delivery crew was super energetic, friendly yet professional. They set up the power base first and then the mattress quickly, easily. They walked my hubby and I on using the remote and manual to adjust the power base to our likes. They also hauled the old mattress we had. Overall, I am supper super satisfied with the products and service at the SleepPeeps. Therefore, I am not only going to get other furniture that they carry as the elegant bed-frames, nightstands and accessories but also recommend to other friends and coworkers to check them out. My husband and I were needing a new bed, and saw Sleep Peeps several times when going to the PetSmart next door. So we went in one weekend and Kiet, the owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products he carries. There is also really neat home decor as well as sofas, ottomans etc, anything you would need to update your bedroom or living space! After helping us with demoing some of his mattresses, based on what we told him we wanted in a mattress, he narrowed it down to several options within our budget as well as options at different price ranges, and explained their benefits, as well as any potential draw backs, so we could make a more informed decision on which one we wanted. And as a small business owner myself, I appreciate the honesty and care, with which Kiet carries himself, to make sure that he’s helping his clients to the best of his ability and knowledge over his career in the furniture industry. Also his prices are fair, no insane mark up, as you get with big box furniture stores. So we picked up a couple beautiful and super comfy heat regulating pillows, as well as a mattress topper that came with the mattress! And if you’re a hot sleeper like me, you definitely need a cooling pillow like this one! It’s reversible as well so one side is cooling and the other is warming, for those frigid Southern California winter nights 😉

The delivery drivers were exceptional! Very fast and friendly. It was like they weren’t even here! And now we have an awesome new bed that’s gonna give us the better sleep we’ve both been needing!

I wanted to really make sure I found the right mattress for my husband and I. I had bought a couple of mattresses online and was not happy with them. So this time I went to soooo many stores to actually lay on the mattresses ,driving my husband crazy and myself😂but I was on a mission to find the right one. I found a beautyrest that was checking off all my boxes but just wanted to make sure. Sleep peeps popped up on my search of places that carried it, when I went to the store I had already went to so many other stores and just expected the same old pushy salesperson!!! Was I wrong, Kiet the owner was not only knowledgeable and nice, he was so patient and really took the time to help me decided what mattress was best for my needs. I left the store and continued my search, after a few months I decided the beautyrest black series was the one for me. And through it all, I kept thinking how nice, professional and knowledgeable Kiet was and even if his price was $100 more I would be will to pay that because his serve was worth it. But once again I was wrong, Kiet not only gave me the BEST price out of everyone else , he also picked up my old mattress and delivered on time. I can not recommend Sleep peeps enough. They have the BEST price and customer service hands down. I worked in retail for over 35 years and appreciate good customer service on all levels.
