Owner is a wonderful man and his staff gives amazing service! Maybe John doesn’t like this place because he doesn’t know how to spell latte lol! Jk, I thought the owner was very respectful on his response, especially the way “John” spoke about the place! Are people really complaining about the staff, during a Pandemic! You’re lucky their even open to service the community and the Government practically changes the policy on a daily basis? We have to ask ourselves, when voting, how many people have lost their jobs and businesses! Thank you for being open and helping the community! Starbucks just wear a mask and I haven’t seen anyone wearing gloves and if you’re that scared of Corona, stay home! If you actually do research on the virus, masks don’t do much to protect you anyway; it’s so small, it can infiltrate the mask! FYI, I actually think it has spread more because people just use sanitizer which really only works, if you use it AFTER you wash your hands! Look it up! I work in an OR, so that’s how I know! Manager needs to review camera's and see which of their employee's are the bigger culprits of this habit because it's been going on for years. Friedrich's coffee is amazing but only when you take the time to fire up the espresso machine and pull fresh shots. Customers can taste the difference and the way this location is set up, we can clearly hear and see that you haven't used fresh espresso and are pouring from either left over or pre-pulled espresso that was sitting there. Jen, Jess, Chris, Liv, and Darren are amazing and the only reason I keep coming back. today, I found out that the ENTIRE staff was fired (mind you, 3 of 5 are siblings that have worked there over a decade) due to poor management by the owner. I am absolutely shocked that I walk into a small business that I've dealt with for years, to find out that the manager doesn't care enough about personal relationships to keep this small business going.
