On February 6, 2013 I visited the drive-thru at this location. I had previously posted a review, so am amending to show my second visit a year later that was even worse! When I arrived at the order window and attempted to place my order, I was told they were out of Baja Blast. I opted for Mt. Dew instead. When I got to the window I was handed my drink. It was clear the syrup was out for Mt. Dew. When she (receipt says Ashley) returned to the window, I told her and instead of just fixing the problem (there is more than one fountain at this site), she said I'd have to pick something else. I said I had already picked the two things I wanted and would prefer a refund. She went from friendly to scowling in .5 seconds! After that I was treated with suspicion and hostility, never hearing another friendly word or smile. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left without the food.
In early March, 2014 I went through this Taco Bell drive-thru again. My order appeared to be right and they had everything I requested. When I got back to work I began to eat my beef and potato burrito. About a third of the way through I bit into something that was large and hurt my teeth, so I spat it out. It was a hard, sandy, black object that tasted very bitter, not burnt. It appeared to something breaded and the outside breading looked nice and golden brown, while the inside looked like a ball of hard coffee grounds. I do still have most of the object. No amount of soda alleviated the terrible taste and I had to brush my teeth to get rid of it. I contacted Taco Bell via the e-mail system and told them I had photos to send. As it appears to be breaded and black in the middle, this does not seem like something "accidental." A week later I was contacted by a manager who wasn't very friendly. He said to e-mail him the photos at his e-mail address. I did and got no response. Two weeks later I followed up again to be sure he received them and never heard back. The photos are now uploaded on this site.
I just this past week (June 2015) read of someone who live tweeted as they had to wait an hour in the drive-thru here and I believe it. Once you're in line there's no way out due to how it is constructed! If it is busy at all and you must eat here, at least go in so you have a...
Read moreI placed a mobile order ahead of time. Swinging through the drive through was easy enough. Though if I had known the horrors that were to come, I would have turned right around and went to Culver's down the street. Service at the window was minimal, quick, but not rude. After receiving my order, I pulled over to make sure everything was correct. Immediately I notice that I haven't been given any napkins or the sauce packets I had requested. This was unfortunate foreshadowing of what was to come. I first approached the potatoes which were typical taco bell affair, though a little dark. ( I think the fry oil needs changed) I moved onto a very sad and cold 5-layer burrito. One bite, and I can't muster the courage to take another. Disappointed I moved onto the specialty item of my order, the " steak grilled cheese burrito. " At this point I was joking about the cheese roll up side order being the most edible part of my meal... Too soon would I eat those words, and would not be eating much else, because the state of the burrito killed one of my childhood memories. Idk which one, because it's gone now. This was depression in a foil wrapping. There was not even an attempt to grill this poorly wrapped underweight burrito. Loose three cheese blend was falling all over my lap, as I realized I had dredged the depths of fast food despair. I took a sip of my mango Brisk, which tasted slightly off. Next I march inside, set the bag and drink on the counter without saying a word and head to the bathroom to wash my hands of this sad event figuratively and literally, vowing to write a review, rather than expressing my grievances to the young wage slaves. (who certainly are not paid enough to care) I will not be returning to...
Read moreWent to Taco Bell for dinner tonight and got in there ordered my food and apparently I was charged a drink when I already had one drink for one order and then my girlfriend had another order that she also got a slushy, but she changed one of her orders from a drink to a slushy so she would’ve gotten a drink but I was charged for an additional drink got home. We’re not even 10 minutes away from home we sat down to eat and Food was completely soggy falling apart. My five layer burrito was not wrapped correctly. It was completely falling apart, and it looks like there’s barely anything in it except for a whole bunch of beans and barely any beef or even sour cream or cheese Then got home open the Chalupa barely anything on it. It looks like it’s been fried or anything it just looks like a plain dough taco shell, and also got a deluxe craving box sat it down to discuss about the drink situation when I was charged an extra three dollars for a drink then another customer came in and stole my food my deluxe box from the table in front of the employee and myself and left, and I had to discuss with the employee to get my box back or possibly get it replaced since a DoorDasher took my food and got my food and was greeted with don’t lose your food again by the employee I looked at them and said will try, but I can’t help it when someone takes my food in the atmosphere was just horrible. Got inside and they’re just blasting music in the back singing and acting like children and apparently this is not the only time this has happened with food, being disgusting or looked old or have been sitting for a while apparently there have been multiple complaints about the...
