Three Lyons Pub — Restaurant in West Fargo

I asked for no thousand island dressing on my Big London Burger - not only did it get sent back because it came with thousand island, but there was a drop of it on my burger bun and my fries were cold. We had Tammy as our server and yeah she discounted it but only because it’s $3.00 burger baskets on Monday’s, and instead discounted $3.00 off another sandwich on our bill - she didn’t offer to do anything else. She didn’t even come around and ask me how everything turned out until after I finished eating and she dropped off the bill to our table. I have no idea if she’s new here or not but I think she needs a refresher or additional training soon.

And of course before posting I went to see the other reviews and the owner literally comments “if we can make it more enjoyable for you let us know” to ONLY the positive reviews — this is a management situation that needs to be...

As one who has been to England, Scotland and Ireland many times.This food is horrible. Fries there are, wrong. Not some bought fries from a distributor. Steak tips are from a steak that no one could tell me the cut of. Plus the were only about 7/8" thick, and mine was as tough as all heck. Gravy was salty as all hell you couldn't even taste any beef flavoring. Sat down and the bartender barely knew how to pour a Black and Tan. Then the cooks and the waitresses were not that busy, came and sat right next to me at the bar rail, while I was eating. Of course they all jump on there phones and started play games. Then another waitress brought in a cake and gave it to some of the patrons, also at the bar, so they could eat it. No food safety factors there..... Made from scratch food no, traditional drinks not so much. Great...

I had company from out-of town visiting and I suggested we give Three Lyons Pub a try. I didn't understand the shtick that the waitress employed -- something along the lines of crabby or combatative. Maybe that is the normal thing here? I didn't find it charming or engaging in the slightest, it fell totally flat on me and my guest. I had already eaten so I just ordered a drink... the waitress replied "Well, that will be a $20 Coke then." After 75 minutes the food still hadn't been served and we asked to just cancel the order and give us the check for our drinks. The server said she would take care of our drink tab which was nice. As we made our way to the door the server called to us to tell us that the food was now ready... that ship had already sailed. We ended up going next door to...
