AWFUL experience. I Go to Dairy Queen DAILY. This was the absolute worst experience I have had. Terri "Manager of 4 stores" went off about me asking for a side. I asked why I couldnt have my sides and she said because it isnt allowed. I explained I came all the way there specifically for my ice cream with the side and she rudely said absolutely not and said they dont offer it. I again asked why and she said because they cant ring it up. I explained they can and do daily as that exact topping and she said "well they arent supposed to, and I am the manager of four stores and that will be changing" - I asked for the number to complain and she said she is the highest it goes so I again asked and she said to google it myself. I went directly to the other store and got my sides. I can add topping too my ice cream and they charge it, I simply asked for it to be on the side because I dont want it mixed in and she lost it in front of other customers. "Terri Manager Of Four Stores" should NOT be managing four stores. I will be "Googling the franchise number" and complaining. I Manage and run businesses in customer service. Even if you choose to not sell something, there is a way to express that without being disrepectful. ALL toppings etc can be added to the side anywhere you go. This was...
Read moreWe attempted to stop in for Blizzards on Friday night, but we arrived at 9:32 PM. There were still people in the lobby, a line in the drive through and the door was open, so we went in assuming they were open. They were very clearly not happy with us. Apparently their lobby closes at 9:30 and the drive through closes at 10. We were told that in order to place an order, we would have to go back out to our car and drive through. REALLY? We were planning to get it to go anyway, so why could they not have just taken our order (and our money!) and let us be on our way? That would have been faster for them and for us. We chose to skip it entirely rather than get in the drive through line and give them our business.

If I happen to go there anytime after 4 pm,it's a nightmare!The kids staffing the DT are rude, condescending & appear to be inconvenienced that I'm there interrupting their social time. Just 2 days ago I was there,placed my order&got to the window. The kid was sure quick to ask for/take my money. He handed me the blizzard I ordered&closed the window!Keep in mind, I had ordered 2 baskets&said blizzard,&he still had my card! Not even kidding,no one came back to the window to see why I was still sitting there for a good 5-7 min.!Finally after all the socializing&giggling someone noticed me&asked if there was"anything else"?
