I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the conduct of Tammy, who serves as a manager at the cigarette counter at your Family Fare - West Fargo 1100 13Th Ave E,West Fargo, ND 58078. Unfortunately, my recent experience on June 6th was highly disappointing due to her unprofessional behavior,poor customer service,rude attitude.
On June 6th, I encountered Tammy (the elder lady)when we were at cigarette counter. My family and I want to send money to the person as we usually do.And she just ignore us and never listen to the customer.Assuming what she thought and refuse to offer the service to us.Specifically,she said my family and I were dishonest and she is honest. Whatâs worse,she is getting excuses for what she did to us.We came there for so many times and every time we received the professional services.And she just said the employees here are all wrong and didnât obey the rules.How dare she clarified she is a manager,if she is manager she needed to take responsibility for employeesâs faults before they work.Her behavior was unacceptable because she just did whatever she want which ruined our day.If she donât have any patience or respect for the customer,she can just stay at home and enjoy the retirement life.
As a loyal customer, I expect courteous and professional service from your staff, especially management. I kindly request: A formal acknowledgment of this complaint. Appropriate action to address the managerâs conduct (e.g., retraining, apology, or disciplinary measures). Assurance that such incidents will not recur.

   Read moreThis use to be our primary grocery store, but this weekend I was reminded once again of another reason we avoid Family Fare. They had a one-day sale on Sunday that had ribeyes on sale. In their ad it did not say limited supply or while supplies last. I arrived there about 11:00am to pick a couple of steaks up for supper, but was told that they were all sold out right away this morning as people came in and were buying them all. I read the ad again and it says 1-day sale - not 2 hour sale. When I inquired about getting a raincheck for them, I was told that they do not give them out for the 1-day sale items and you have to get there early if you wanted them. I looked at the ad again and showed the manager that nowhere in the ad does it say quantities limited, or while supplies last, or even that you must get there early to take advantage of them. I then explained that it really isn't a one day sale if they are sold out before 11:00am and they don't limit quantities or give rainchecks out. Maybe false advertising to attract business? She said she was sorry and that is the way it is. Just reaffirmed that I can avoid Family Fare and Nash...

If it looks disgusting (tomatoes for example) don't put it out, if fruit fly's are buzzing around and mold is growing, throw it away. This is not rocket science, rather have nothing there than show off something that is beyond salvageable. This is not a 'one time occurrence', this is weekly! Lettuce, slimy mushrooms (yes, always slimy), wilted celery yet you expect us to pay for these items that are not worth a dime. Who is supervising your produce manager because he needs a talking to as well! Your 'fast sale' spot, if it's completely brown yet you expect us to pay $1 less than full price, throw this stuff away, someone will get very ill and you will have another issue at hand. Your meat department, again, who is running the show? Your quality is below poor yet you have some if not the highest prices in town. Come on, do...
