The Local 701 — Restaurant in West Fargo

Purchased a shuttle ticket and yet they purposely oversold and expected 3 adult sized people to fit 1 seat. This is absolutely ridiculous! Myself and my boyfriend spent the who time standing/ squatting while he was driving b/c there was no were to sit.This is due to extra's on the bus who didn't purchase riding back and the organizer of the bus to oversell tickets. The bus driver even told us on the way there that there was supposed to be 2 buses, but the other canceled. He said the manager said we would just have to cram everyone in! Came back to speak with a manager and he said there was nothing he could do. How about an sincere apology or refund for the SEAT we did not get. Absolutely unprofessional and poor managed. Being disappointed and disgusted by the owner, Nasser, would be an understatement. He went out of his way to degrade and humiliate a customer after she was asked to leave and she complied, but he continued to call her every word in the book. They over charged us as well and gave an earlier tab to someone who had showed up later not knowing it was already paid so wound up double paying. The customer service was also horrible, one of the servers had the audacity to come and ask why we did not tip him after we had. Make sure to check your receipts there because they are sneaky and add a 18% gratuity on all our tabs. We were not a big group either we only had 6 of us so was not for being a big group which some places do, that is understandable. All in all if I could give a negative star review I would. It was a terrible experience due to the owner and will never go back and get humiliated...

Bar 9 is bar none! Absolute worst service I have ever received. If it were not for the bingo we came for, we would've left. But the possibility of winning $35,000 cash prize or a New Dodge truck kept us there. Seriously waitress never stopped by our table to ask for our first order for an hour. Took over an hour to receive our food order of nachos and meet pizza, which came out cold. Now I don't blame the bartender, cooks or even the waitress. I blame the owner who knew the place would be overflowing and he doesn't have enough people on staff to handle the crowd. On top op it.
