Edit: Spoke with Manager (Lori) in regards to this incident and it has been resolved to my satisfaction. My money was refunded in full and I was given a full apology. I am appending my review from 1 to 3 stars for the customer service I received from the management.

The cashier was very friendly and engaging while even trying to pop some jokes. I felt bad for not showing more amusement after an incredibly long day but I really really really enjoyed seeing someone actually not outright hate their job!! That seems to just be everywhere and it's discouraging and reflects so poorly on businesses!

On top of that, there was one day that I had a mobile order set for 30 minutes before they closed (on a day they were scheduled to close early). I arrived 30 minutes before close, right on time for my order, only to find out the doors were locked. It was very upsetting and inconvenient.
