QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in West Goshen Township

I recently visited Qdoba for a quick bite to eat, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the service was going to be less than satisfactory. The employee at the counter was completely uninterested in helping me and seemed more concerned with finishing the shift than taking my order.

When I finally managed to get their attention and place my order, things only went downhill from there. The employee seemed completely disorganized and struggled to keep track of my order, which resulted in a lengthy wait time. As I waited for my food, I noticed that several other customers were experiencing similar issues with the staff, including incorrect orders and long wait times.

When my food finally arrived, it was cold and unappetizing, and it was clear that no effort had been made to make sure it was fresh. To top it all off, the employee who had taken my order didn't bother to apologize or offer any kind of explanation for the poor service.

Overall, my dining experience at Qdoba left a sour taste in my mouth. The poor service and lack of attention to detail made for a disappointing and frustrating experience. I definitely won't be returning...

I had a very bad experience in this Qdoba restaurant.

First, I love Qdoba restaurants and dine in them often. And I will continue to do so, but never again in this particular restaurant.

I ordered a pulled-pork Quesadilla. Unlike other Qdoba restaurants, the employee started with the meat and not the cheese. I asked her three times to please put the cheese on first. She ignored me. After the meat, she asked what else I wanted. I said cheese. She sprinkled a tiny bit of cheese over the meat. And I am not exaggerating. She gave me a very light sprinkling.

I explained that in other Qdoba shops I have dined in, they put on much cheese first and then the meat. After then, the additional optional toppings. And they finish with another nice layer of cheese. The employee did not offer me more cheese and seemed unconcerned about my request.

I asked for a business card with the owner’s name and phone number. She had none.

I walked out.

I was flabbergasted by the employee’s attitude towards a paying customer. What is management thinking!?

Never again in this restaurant.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to do so this time. This Qdoba used to be my favorite, but the food tasted strange today. The only thing edible in my chicken bowl with chips and queso was the chips and queso. I'm not sure why, but everything else was disgusting; the rice was very sour, the chicken had a strange nasty aftertaste, and everything was overall disgusting. I wasted $20 on food I couldn't finish. My main complaint, however, was with the service. Normally, I have positive interactions with the employees, but today the person taking my order was rude. I tried to be polite and friendly, but the service I received was extremely cold. Her responses were brief, and the overall atmosphere was awkward. I used to work here, and while I understand you may not be having a good day, please try to hide it when speaking with customers. If I'm being completely honest, it makes me not...
