Harvey's Cafe & Market — Restaurant in West Hartford

Had this for the first time two days ago and I was floored by how good it was. I live in west Hartford and for some reason have never been to Harvey’s until I found it online one day when looking for sandwiches. They were on time with our order and provided it exactly as we requested. We ordered through one of the delivery apps, Uber Eats, GrubHub, DoorDash (I can’t remember which one). The sandwich I ordered was fresh and delicious. It tasted authentic and my boyfriend’s food was also very good. Their smoothies are delicious too. Not to mention, the prices were great, and when I received my order, I was pleasantly surprised by how much it they gave me. It was enough that I saved the other half of my grinder and ate it for dinner, and still barely finished it. I highly recommend Harvey’s to anyone looking to grab a tasty lunch or breakfast sandwich. They also have an assortment of coffees and bagels, although they aren’t offered on the mobile ordering service. My one issue is that whichever service we used didn’t have a lot of the options that Harvey’s had on their actual menu, which forced us to customize a lot of our own food. It was a difficult process and I was worried that they would get it wrong, but they did not! Obviously the ordering difficulties are not due to Harvey’s oversight. I worked at a few places that used these services and they are often difficult to deal with because of items or prices that differ from our actual menu. But if anyone plans to order food for pickup, I would recommend calling in your order instead to save yourself time and choose from a wider range of options. I am confused too, Because I know you went in your Clover or square system to dig up my full name from your transaction history (to politely dox my name) that is a really great way of treating your customers/critics (I'm not a customer anymore), since you are in the system I would like to suggest these changes to the menu to a better representation of the actual product: Tuna Mista to Tuna Mistake Turkey Fantasy to Turkey Catastrophe Should have taken a video to show you the fresh New York Bread Please respond politely to this, I don't want any freedom of speech either.

As I always do, I pay full price and pay tip. The two sandwiches I got were mid at most the bread was so dry it ruin the whole lunch, so if you are gonna open a sandwich shop and give me a sandwich that consists of 60% bread at least have the bread be fresh. The Turkey sandwich was alright a little bland despite all the exotic ingredients. But the tuna sandwich was so dry it was honestly sad, did you guys drain the tuna juice from the tuna salad with a cheese cloth? On top of that you put it on a dry garbage bread?
