I Love Sushi — Restaurant in West Hartford

My issue is not the food, because the food is always delicious. My issue is that when you call to place your order they are rushing you. They do not listen. I ask for extra dipping sauce and I never get it. Never. The dipping sauces aren't even all the way full. I'm sure they don't have a problem charging for extra sauce so just charge for it and give it to the customer instead of saying yeah yeah when I order then not providing the sauce. I'm not trying to be nit picky but it's annoying bc it happens...

We've been going here for years, but not as often during the pandemic. Just ordered from them this week, and the quality has if anything improved on what was already very good. Delicious fresh sushi. The maki rolls were big, packed with fish, only a thin layer of rice. Excellent quality, great value. And they are obviously very Covid-careful! I've never seen the staff without masks, and there's no eat-in option now, so I feel very safe picking...

I love sushi, and I love this place. The prices here are very good . Not a fancy restaurant or anything, it's almost like a sushi takeout that has tables. It almost feels like a Chinese restaurant in a way. However, given that it doesn't have a fancy atmosphere, the food is very expensive either. I love the Maki rolls. The specials are well priced too. Guess I'm a regular.... I'm here two to three times a week and I drive from the other...
