Tried this place for lunch the other day, and ended up really liking the food. The place is setup very similar to Chipotle, or others like that. But I do feel like you have more options here, some of the main dishes they have are: tacos, salad bowls, burrito bowls, nachos and more. They have several protein options, even a few vegetarian options as well. I tried 3 of them and they were all pretty darn good. Another cool thing is that pretty much every meal comes with chips and salsa.

So for my meal I went with the tacos, you get 3. Just like other places you can load it up with whatever you want, I went with Spanish rice, black beans to start. For meats I tried 3 different kinds, one for each taco, so I got Baja chicken, BBQ shredded beef and then Achiote Pulled Pork. To finish off the tacos I added shredded cheese, corn salsa, medium green salsa and some sour cream. All of the tacos were very good, each of the meats had a different but very good flavor, plus they were quite filling. The chips were also good, and you can add on guacamole for extra if you would like something more to dip your chips in.

For drinks they have some bottle drinks, boxed chocolate/vanilla milks and juice for the kids and they also have some very good Sugar Cane Boylan fountain sodas!

Overall the flavors for everything was very good, so if you like fast food style Mexican food, this will definitely be something...

I thought I'd give another Salsas a try, BIG MISTAKE! Look, if you're not going to offer ala carte (please teach your employees the definition of "ala cart") have your menu clearly defined on the menu. I was told I had to get 3 tacos. I said 2 ground beef crunchy tacos as I thought of what my 3rd would be so I paused and said BBQ Beef, the server started to add BBQ beef to the 2nd taco. I asked her why she was getting the beef, she said, oh, I thought you only wanted 2, after she just said I had to get 3. She said, well..., you can get 2 or 3, what??!! Look, if you're not going to have ala carte, make it clear what I need to buy to be blessed to order your food and pay for it. Plus, the amount of ground beef is 1/12th of a cup, in hopes that you're going to fill your taco with rice, beans and other non-ground beef taco fillings. These are such unnecessary problems. #1, if you need to charge more to offer a ground beef taco with more than 1/12th a cup of ground beef, charge more instead of serving an inadequate taco, and, wouldn't you want to do better than just adequate? I would hope so, remember, the customer comes first. You need uniformity in your restaurants, how do you stay in business? I left without completing my order and went accross the street to Cafe Ocho, which didn't do...

(my visit was in Sept. I answered a few extra survey Q's. Thus the review date was chgd by Google) -

Stopped by late on a fri. afternoon. No one in line n it was not busy.

I am a senior & a newbie to this rest. I was met with apathy, like I was holding up a lunch crowd.

When asking about the two rice choices, I was met with apathy, in the explaination.

When asking about the various bowl, meat toppings options. It seemed like pulling teeth.

I received vague answers, when asking about salsa toppings. Then told read a board 3 ft lower n in fine print with small pictures.

I'm 6-2, 60+, why not just explain them. Not a pleasant experience.

The final insult was at the register. It prompted me to select a tip / gratuity?

What in the world ? I should have hit other, to see if zero was an option (normally I tip 25% @ a sit down meal). I did tip, but should have been tipped for my patience with both of those employees.

The Food not bad, price not bad, service needs a boost, in understanding, new customers. They can be return customers.

Not a pleasant experience, although they were not rude. They weren't promoting the company or product, to new customers in a...

I ordered the tacos. I knew I was going to overpay, but I tried being optimistic for a change. Maybe these were going to be mind-blowing. Maybe I'd never eat another taco again. Wrong. I got three crunchy beef tacos that were, at best, 1/4 filled with beef. There was a sprinkling of cheese and enough lettuce to fill the remainder of the shells. The flavor of the beef tasted so much like Old El Paso that, well, let's just say they may have made a quick run to the store for a packet of seasoning. It's not that Old El Paso tastes bad, it's just that at $15 for THREE tacos, you expect more. Consider the fact that you can buy an Old El Paso taco kit and a pound of beef and make SIX tacos for less than they charge for three, and you start to see the problem here. Look, everything costs a fortune these days. I get it. But this is too much. Five dollars per for a boring taco that wasn't even filled with beef is a travesty.
