Just Salad — Restaurant in West Hartford

First visit was an amazing experience. I came in with my mom who was on crutches at the time and Amir immediately greeted us as we walked through the door. He offered us a seat so that my mom could rest her leg, as she was already in a bit of pain, and Amir immediately brought over menu’s for us to take our time looking over to decide what we wanted to order. He walked us through the various options and told us about the menu! Amir took the time from start to finish, to assist us with our order, answering all questions. We mentioned to him that there was an allergy and he ensured that this was taken very seriously and he showed that as he prepared the order. I really appreciate the time and customer service Amir provided. Especially the care that was shown regarding the severity of an allergy. I hope that he is promoted! He is such a bright light! He went above and beyond and this is not as common these days to have such a great experience like this, especially with customer service. Thank you so much Amir! Six of us went the first weekend they were opened and were impressed! The workers were a little frazzled and clearly were still learning, but were very kind and working hard. The food was GREAT! An average salad or bowl is $13, and I consider this a very good value. Getting a large portion of kale, chicken, and other healthy options for that price is not common around here. I have been to this establishment over a handful of times since they have opened. So let me start off by saying the staff there is great especially the young lady at the register Amina always smiling and just so polite. The 2 young ladies Ashley and Carmen are the 2 that always seem to prepare my orders and they never disappoint and always have a smile on their faces and the fact they remembered my name by my second visit.
