If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Let's start off with having an hour wait. They called our names after 50 minutes and we still had to wait another 15 minutes while they 'put our table together ' which was vacant when we arrived. Needless to say, as soon as we got seated it took them forever to give us our table settings. When we got our crawfish it was overcooked and bland, so I had asked for extra sauce which they wanted to charge $2 per sauce. As soon as it came out, I told Jason (our server) that I no longer wanted it because we were almost done with our crawfish. He had the audacity to ask "what is wrong with you guys, " when we explained why we no longer needed the sauce. After that, Jason brought out our Cajun fries which he rudely threw on our table. During our time there, Jason made it an uncomfortable environment for us to enjoy our meal because he voiced over everyone else whether it was at the bar or at the hostess stand. Worst of all, he started arguing with customers that was very upset for waiting over 2 hours for a table. She explained to him how she has been there for over 2 hours and that they seated other customers that came after her which is unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, he raised his voice and argued with her. All after all his name was on our receipt as our server but it was two other girls who served us while Jason was too busy prancing around being loud at the bar. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth the wait, the food, last but certainly not least...
Read moreI did not like it... I will definitely pay good money for seafood. But, This place has a buffet, outside patio kind of feel... Be careful because Half the menu says market price... and I ask the price of a item but once I paid, I actually was charged on average five or six dollars more for each mp item (ex. Was told Crab legs $22 but was actually charge $28 at the end) So make sure you clarify each item at time of ordering and when you pay. I asked for Caesar salad they gave me a prepackaged half frozen salad with Caesar dressing package (still icey frost). I asked for a plate to split my meal w my guest. They don’t have plates you just have like a hotdog basket and the table cover which as soon as it got wet ripped everywhere so I was soon my food could touch actual table. It was some type of butter sauce in the bag..not real butter. No lemons. And not really seasoned. (So I would bring a little Oldbay seasoning). I ordered 1 bag of shrimp and snow crab legs mp , a side Caesar salad, two glasses of wine to split and that cost me $85...It came with two snow crab leg hands and maybe a 1/2pd of shrimp...The positive thing was it was enough shrimp (16/20ct size) to home and add seasoning. They were nice. My friend thought it was ok...But, I think I’m a Joe’s Crab Shack, Bubba gump, Captain George...
Read moreCame here last night for dinner with my family and a friend. The service from both the host and waiter were awful. We sat down and after a few minutes the waiter asked us rudely, Are you ready to order? We were still waiting on our friend, so I asked can we order our drinks for now. He responded with an annoyed expression. When he returned with our drinks, I ASKED if we can order our appetizers. I looked at the menu for about a second, before he asked DO YOU NEED MORE TIME? As I was ordering he turned around and started talking to the host. Completely ignoring what I ordered, so I had to repeat it. The bartender returned with our appetizers. And he ended up taking our final order because I mentioned no one has tried to. He was the only one who actually took care of us. We live right in town, but will definitely NOT be returning. The food was good but the service made it not worth the $200 we spent there. I would rather make the drive to the new seafood restaurant on the turnpike and get treated as paying customers rather than feeling like we are being rushed out of there. We have ordered takeout many times and have dined here before COVID and it was not this bad. It really felt like they may have been frustrated with...
