Definitely will not be going back! I ordered a pizza, & cookie. I arrived for pick up, & stood at the counter for at least 5 min while a lady never acknowledge me. So I assumed she did not speak English. A minute or two later another lady, briefly greeted me, saying they are busy, & they would be with me in a min. Then another 5-8 min of me watching the lady work. The lobby was getting back up behind me. The lady working just continued to box pizzas. I spotted my order just out of tge oven, & tried to say somethingto her, & watched her throw the pizza in the box, then box up the cookie. Then the box wasn't closing cuz it was caught on the side so she slapped it trying to close it. Which it didn't. She pulled another pizza & delivered it to a table, where I heard a man speak to her in English. She seemed to understand. Then a Hispanic customer got her attention & showed her phone. The worker looked for her order & shook her head, no. Then she ignored me & looked at the Hispanic door dash drivers phone for the name & looked for that order & shook her head no. My order is under my name as well. Another lady walked by & again said we'll be with you in a min. I smarted back "that's what the other lady said"! It's been 15 min or more & my order is sitting on counter. I've been standing here about 20 min. Finally, a guy from drive-thru came over. After I told him what happened, he said "she doesn't speak English". I told him she needs to learn!
We got home at the pizza was messy, a piece in half, flipped over. I'm not buying it that she couldn't have greeted me, or asked my name. It seemed that she can read names at least. This felt like raccissim. It's not a customers problem if they are busy, or if they don't speak English. I do have to say, the pizza was good, & the cookie was yummy. I can't believe I had to pay to be treated this way. It's not acceptable! I'm sorry for the nice employees who were working hard. All this lady was doing was pulling cook food from the oven & boxing it. Then putting pans in the back. Too bad she is losing...
Read moreI ordered a single stuffed crust pepperoni pizza through the app. My carry out order said it would be ready at 7:55 pm. I arrived on time with nobody in line or at the register. When I gave my name for the order the person behind the counter clearly could not find my order. They proceeded to grab other employees for the massive search for a single pizza with one employee yelling “We are searching for a stray pizza!” Over and over which really somewhat makes my pizza seem less appetizing. After 10 min of searching and the pizza not being found, a different worker had started yelling to just remake the pizza which they then prompted to me that’s what they’d do. No apology. I sit in the not busy store for my single pizza for 35 min with not word from the crew on how long my single pizza will take. Finally a different crew member came and asked why I was sitting there. I explained everything and he acted as if this was the first anyone was hearing of it. Another 10 min go by and I see a crew member running around near behind the counter with a single pizza clearly not knowing what to do with it. I approach the counter and explain to them that’s probably pizza and I’ve been waiting for over 45 min for my single pizza. No apology was given whatsoever. I had been looking forward to this new location opening for some time now as it is the closest location to where I live but this experience really soured me on Pizza Hut in general. I won’t be ordering from this location and don’t think I’ll be ordering...
Read moreWhere to start, I thought this Pizza Hut was going to be nice as it's brand new... Oh man was I wrong.
There was a language barrier when I was trying to order breadsticks, I had to repeat myself about four times.
Then what I wanted was hot pizza sauce. I was given cold pizza sauce and I had to say it three times, he took it back and then made it colder. After that, his co-worker stuck in the oven for a couple seconds which warmed it up a little bit, but not anywhere near hot.
When I walked in both him and his co-worker were sitting at a booth in the dining area eating with everyone else. When somebody walked in he stopped eating, came up, took care of them and then went back to the same table.
I watched him not wash his hands when he went to go grab food and then back to his table with his co-worker.
I asked his co-worker where the napkins were and she grabbed them for me (she was eating as well). So I said I would grab them. The silverware that they have out for everyone has water spots all over it so I had to ask for plastic silverware that was sealed.
Also the breadstick that I ordered they weren't even cut. I had to grab a fork and a knife and cut them myself.
The bathroom is really dirty. The only thing that's really nice about this place is the exterior. This place needs work!
The Pizza Hut in Tooele has a lot better service even though it's an...
