Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Jordan

I ordered pizza today at 5:35. At 5:57 I received a text saying it was out for delivery. 40 minutes later we still had not received our pizza. My husband and I had plans to leave and I wanted the pizza to come so I could feed my kids before we went out.

I called to find out where it was. They said that the delivery driver hadn't really left when that text came through because he was delivering three orders and one of them was made wrong. So he stayed behind and waited for the remake. I then said I was concerned that my pizza now has been ready for over 40 minutes and it's going to be cold and gross when it gets here. I was told that I could check it for quality and if it was bad I can call them back and they would remake it. I said I was concerned because this is not the first time this has happened recently and I asked to speak with a manager.

The manager got on the phone and said that he was super busy working the ovens and didn't really have time to talk to me. I tried to tell him my concern and he kept cutting me off and telling me that they were short-staffed. This caused me to get more frustrated and I told him that "on October 31st I've had the same experience and when I asked to speak to a manager they said the manager was too busy and that the manager would call me back the next day. That never happened."

He cut me off again and said "how can we make this right?" But his voice sounded "like you are the stupidest customer ever and I can't wait to get off the phone with you. stop calling." I told him "I really don't think you care to make this right. There's nothing you can do to make it right." and I hung up. I am determined to not give this place another try ever, even though it's the only pizza place near me. I hope they go out of business so a new restaurant will come in their place and maybe it...

Haven't purchased a dominos pizza in 30+ years until last night. They were great in the late 1970's when they started. After a few years they became meh. A few more years and the box maybe tasted better than the pie. So they ceased to exist for me. Well fast forward to now. The current promo for any pie at $9.99 looked so good on TV. The commercials were so unrelenting. I thought " hey, they made some upgrades a few years back, why not give them another shot"? So I did. I ordered a medium pan crust crispy. Bold marinara sauce, pepperoni, black olive, green pepper, onion, and double mushroom. The pan was not deep dish. Ok, my bad. Crust was doughy and nowhere near crispy. I had thought about ordering extra sauce but refrained. There was barely any sauce. Very dry and the opposite of bold. The pepperoni was fine. There were plenty of slices, the taste was ok. The peppers, black olives and onion, I could count the pieces, very small pieces, on two hands each. This means there were less than ten pieces of each on the entire pie. As for the mushrooms, there were only five pieces ruffly the size of my pinkie nail. That's extra I guess. I was so disappointed. I struggled to get two pieces down. That's when I decided to take a picture. Then I decided to pick all the toppings except pepperoni off 5 of the remaining slices and put them all on the last slice. Other than very dry, it was how the entire pie should have looked. In other words, the pie had about 10% of the toppings it should have had. Now that's maximizing profits. At least I learned one inescapable truth. At 65 years of age,I don't need to patronize Domino's Pizza for 25 more years or the rest of my life,...

This Dominoes is by far the best “fast chain” dominoes and or any other pizza place of its type around and even compared to many years of eating domino’s this location is a game changer. Their service is absolutely top notch, fast, efficient, and a killer team of amazing pizza experts! I would not go to any other dominoes than this. They take my request with respect and eagerness of any type. They are super fast yet the quality is super amazing, at times I’ve wondered how the quality has been so good on a such a fast delivery but they make it happen. I wouldn’t be able to go to another dominoes if I tried. It’s like trying a black diamond watermelon..once you do, a regular watermelon just isn’t ever going to enough.. ever again. Thank you Team at this Dominoes location! You have restored my taste, appetite, faith completely in Dominoes, a complete 360 turn. A few months back I would have never ordered dominoes for fast pizza now I can’t and won’t ever order from another store again and the crew is the whole and only difference when comparing. 1000 Stars! Do yourself a favor and try this dominoes and be sure to request it how you like it! Their customization and eagerness have been night and day. Prior to this location I hadn’t personally ordered dominoes in over decades of time. Do yourself a favor and only go to this location they are doing something right!
