This is one of my staples in the area for carry out Chinese food. They have a good list of lunch specials that are reasonably priced and come with a generous portion of the entrée and rice. So far I haven't had any bad food from them. They are also 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵. It seems like no matter what or how much I order, it's done in 10 minutes. Their lunch specials do tend to be heavy on the rice. I think that the Lo Mein would be better if they left the rice out and went heavier on the noodles. The owner and her son are such sweet people, and I love patronizing them when I can.

I ate hot pot in the restaurant. Their food materials are OK, but dippings are not prepared so well. You need help youself to take many things from front desk, e.g. water, napkin. Nobody will help you to take them; however, you will still be asked to pay at least 12% tips anyway. The out-of-pocket charge is around $30 per person. Personally, I think their servce is not worthy.

1-2 stars at best :/ very disappointed. The beef and broccoli was very bland and underwhelming. The chicken fried rice was odd. The rice was “mid” and the chicken was the plainest chicken I have ever seen or tasted. Those are the pieces of chicken pictured below… just small weird rubbery pieces of chicken.

I'd like to start this review with the first time we ordered takeout from here it was delicious, which I why we went back. However, this time, it was not good. We got the general tso chicken, orange chicken, shrimp noodles, and crab ragoo. First off, my husband found 5 pieces of feathers in his general tso chicken. The sauce was good he said but I was not going to try it. The rice was flavorless and dry. My orange chicken had large pieces of orange peel, which is fine to pick around, but the chicken was full of pieces of cartilage, and I can't stand taking a bite of chicken and crunching down on cartilage. If it's a wing, I get it. But just orange chicken, which should be breast cut up then breaded and fried? No. The shrimp noodles were the best thing but still not great. And the crab ragoon pieces were big but had very little filling and had a ton of grease in them when you pulled them apart. The sweet and sour sauce was good, too. The lady who gave us our food was sweet and the place seemed clean but I doubt we'll ever be back here. I wish it wasn't so hard to find good take out Chinese in...

Went here for the 1st, since en lai on teal was closed. 0/10 don’t waste your time. My daughter ordered the chicken lo mien, and said it was bland and had a lemon taste. They added a lot of rice to it so they didn’t have to add as many noodles it seemed. Never have we ordered lo mien and ever had rice mixed in with the noodles. The crab Rangoon was sweet and hardly any filling. Outside tasted stale, not crispy and was folded however. Egg rolls tasted store bought and deep fried. Also, as a paying customer their demeanor walking in was cold and as if I stole something lol. If the food is going to be that bad, at least be...

I don't judge based on one experience. I judge based on many years of experience. I been coming in and out of this place just to grab something to eat. I would say this place gives me a consistent bad vibe. Its like a vibe of where their focused on the $$$$$. They are trying to maximize/abuse this American idea of "tipping". Very bad etiquette. They know there is a lot of rich wealthy students here who don't focus on the price of food so they take advantage of the market price of them. Let them cater to the wealthy, but recommend not really bothering this place for people of normal...
