We haven't been to Freddy's in a very long time and I kind of forgot how to order their burgers. All I remembered was that you have to tell them every single ingredient you want in your burgers, minus the bun and patty. We learned that the hard way years ago the first time we ordered there. Imagine our shocked when the burgers came with no ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomatoes! This time, I forgot that their regular burger is a double burger. The single burger is huge enough for a small child to find challenging to even take a bite out of, making a double pretty much impossible for a child to eat. I ordered regular cheeseburgers for all of us, and the cashier can plainly see that I was ordering for my kids too yet didn't bother to make sure it was the double burgers we wanted, not the single. With my attention on figuring out every single ingredient each kid wanted, I couldn't really watch the screen to make sure the order was correct. I was surprised by the total cost, but again didn't have time to think about it while giving attention to my kids. When the burgers came out, they were huge and only as I started eating mine did I realized they were double burgers. I went to the cashier to complain, thinking it was get mistake for putting in our order wrong. She politely explained to me that regular burgers WERE double burgers! After she spoke to the manager, she told me there's nothing they could do about it since we already got our order. I said that wasn't acceptable. That was when the manager stepped in and offered to throw in some frozen custard. We got a tub. I guess it was a good compromise for both sides. The manager was very apologetic and said it happens all the time. You'd think they would learn then to make sure people know what they are ordering! Them calling double burgers their REGULAR burgers is definitely unconventional and they should take extra care to make sure people know what they are ordering. The food was incredible though. I also didn't know it before but you can get special sauces for your fries! They were pretty good. In the end, it was a good celebration for my son, who requested Freddy's after his underdog soccer team beat the first place team at the tournament today.

Ahhh, good ol' Freddy's. Been to several other locations, so the wife and I have been excited for this location to open. We visited yesterday during the opening and the food was well worth the wait (it was a madhouse). We lined up outside where the young ladies were offering waters to anyone standing in line. We were in line for around 20-30 minutes. We ordered and received our food after about 5 minutes. Again, it was a madhouse so we didn't mind the wait. Food was the same deliciousness that we always get at Freddys. The custard was good, too! The staff were all friendly and helpful, even considering the chaos. We will definitely be back. Oh, and get the jalapeno fry sauce, it is bomb!

Just had dinner here and it was not a great experience. First off because we wanted a booth for dining we had to clean our own table. Literally one other table of customers so no it wasn’t because they were busy. Many employees in the kitchen. Food was hot when we got it but in this case hot also meant overcooked. My chicken tenders were well done and the breading was crunchy and not in good flavor. My husbands onion rings were exactly the same. Overcooked and crunchy. Opted for warm tea when I saw the mold growth behind the ice dispenser. Overall not a good experience for an almost $30 meal for two. Sad they have gone this far downhill.

When it comes to burgers, I am always on the lookout for that perfect combination of juicy patties, melt-in-your-mouth cheese, and an explosion of flavors. So, when I stumbled upon Freddys for the first time Yesterday, I knew I had hit the jackpot! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The vibrant colors, comfortable seating, and friendly staff That actually welcomes the business and did not look like I was being a burden. created the perfect backdrop for my burger feast. The menu was filled with an impressive variety of burger options, each sounding more enticing than the last. Let's talk about the star of the show: the burgers themselves. Each patty was cooked to perfection, with a crusty exterior and tender, juicy center. The quality of the meat was evident in every bite, and the flavors were exceptional. Whether you prefer classic beef, grilled chicken, or a vegetarian option, they had something to satisfy every taste bud. What sets Freddy's apart from the competition is their attention to detail. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the buns were toasted to perfection. Each burger came with a generous portion of fries, which were expertly seasoned and crispy. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out about their spicy fry sauce to complement the meal. In addition to their mouthwatering burgers, Freddy's also offers a range of delicious sides and beverages. Their milkshakes and custard, in particular, are to die for! Creamy, thick, they are the perfect accompaniment to any meal. The service at Freddy's was fantastic. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring a great dining experience. They were happy to provide recommendations based on personal preferences and were always ready with a smile. it is such a positive atmosphere that I talk to the manager about my son working their when he turns 15 in a year. In terms of value for money, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite the high-quality ingredients and outstanding taste, the prices were reasonable, making it an affordable indulgence. All in all, if you're a burger lover seeking a mouthwatering experience, Freddy's is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted with friendly faces and tantalizing aromas. The quality of their ingredients, attention to detail, and overall dining experience make it a standout choice in the fast-food industry. Go ahead,...

I recently embarked on what can only be described as a heart-pounding, adrenaline-pumping adventure to Freddy's, a place where the line between reality and fantasy blurs, and the unexpected becomes the norm. It was a journey like no other, filled with twists, turns, and surprises that left me both exhilarated and awestruck.

From the moment I stepped through the doors of Freddy's, I knew I was in for an adventure like no other. The atmosphere was a perfect blend of excitement and mystery, with colorful lights and lively animatronics setting the stage for what would be an unforgettable experience. While it may not be the typical destination for fine dining, my experience at Freddy's was a mouthwatering journey that left me with a newfound appreciation for delicious simplicity.

The star of the show at Freddy's is undoubtedly their burgers. From the first bite, I could tell that these were no ordinary burgers. The patties were perfectly cooked, boasting that ideal balance between juicy and charred that every burger lover dreams of. Topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and a generous slathering of Freddy's fry sauce, each bite was a flavor explosion that kept me coming back for more.

One standout feature of Freddy's that added a personal touch to my visit was the exceptional service provided by a man named Duane. Duane, an employee at Freddy's, stood out not only for his dedication but also for his genuine passion for creating a memorable dining experience.

Duane was more than just an employee; he was a true ambassador for the Freddy's brand. From the moment I walked in, his warm smile and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest. He went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was not just good but exceptional.

In conclusion, Freddy's isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary haven where affordability meets exceptional taste. Its commitment to quality, friendly service, and nostalgic charm are the perfect ingredients for a five-star dining adventure. Whether you're a seasoned regular or a first-time visitor, you'll leave Freddy's with a satisfied palate and a smile on your...
