CHECK LAST PHOTO FOR CORRECT SIZE OF A "REGULAR"--- 8-3-22

After eating this sub SEVENTEEN TIMES THIS YEAR from this location, the sizes have changed. I confirmed with the manager who truly believed that the piece of bread he showed me was a LARGE (to compare it the the REGULAR I pictured).

This location has lost my business. I have informed two of my coworkers as well--- no more LunchDrop from here either.

BTW ---On the last visit, I was asked 5x if I wanted it Mike's Way and wanted specific items when I KEPT TELLING THEM that I wanted everything there... Everything visible.... Then they forgot the bacon.

Westlake location is awful. Id give them 00 stars if I could. Our WEEKLY ONLINE. Orders have been wrong 3 weeks in a row. Once it wasnt made at all, 2nd time they left out part of the order. Today we went into store and they still managed to give us the wrong sandwich!!!!i hope management sees this review and does something ASAP!! We have been ordering weekly from them on Thursdays for months and the last month has been horrible. Even worse- i always leave 20% tip bc Ive had kids who worked in service industry and I understand what tips can mean. Heres my last tip- managers need to step in before their store loses...

I like it!! Hey, it's very fresh and tastes really good. This is a new business in our neighborhood, so cheer them up, if you can, because it is really good quality. I have tried 2 types already-#2 and tuna-both were very-very good. Full size, whatever is the biggest one, is enough for two people of 240lbs+a girl). I usually do not like the fast-food or anything out of a can or a package but this one made me happy. I am the owner of Aristocrat Optix in the neighborhood, so it is a valid good review.
