Was leaving the restaurant to return to my car and there was an employee smoking a cigarette leaning on the push bar of the door to exit to the parking lot. I stood there for a second, tapped lightly on the door so I could leave. She moved ever so slowly but then preceded to blow a mouth full of smoke in my face as I exited the building. I detest any kind of smoke. Also, remember I had a bag and a drink and she didn't even to bother to assist with the door what so ever. After I was engulfed in her exhale I began to cough and my eyes started watering. Not a peep out of her, no apology at all. Rude every step of the way. I returned to my car where I continued to cough and wipe my eyes. I did call the restaurant and made them aware, and was told they did in fact see her on camera and were going to speak with her. There is a lot of area further down and around the back (or your car) to smoke that are not within the customer walkways. Please for the love of God, speak to her and all the other employees about kindness and respect. I am also hoping a good hand wash was done upon returning to your job. At best this is disrespectful but moreover a hazzard to people that already have breathing issues. The above was about a month ago..... BUT today, same employee...... I ordered a meal on the app. Went to pick it up and I asked for a cup of water. She abruptly said "fifteen cents". I pulled around to the first window and she said "actually 16 cents". I said it was ok, I didn't want to put that small of an amount on my credit card. She then YELLS into her little head set "don't give her the water, she isn't paying for it". She is so RUDE and I am now done with the Willow Street McDonalds. I will go else where as there is a burger king and a taco bell very close. I will say the lovely girl at the 2nd window handed me my food, I told her to have a good day and she said "wait, your water". I explained I didn't pay for it but she insisted that I take it and told me to have a better day and to...
Read moreBeware! If I were you. I'd go somewhere else instead of this McDonald's in willow street . Unprofessional employees and poor management. I placed an order for mocha frappes with caramel drizzle and a small fries. I was at the store at that time then on the way to McDonald's I saw all of their parking lots it was packed I had to drive around and wait till one spot is open and I finally pulled in after 15 mins of waiting. I went on app to let them know I'm here but the app stopped working then I try again and it didn't work so I decided to call american sign interpreter and their connection was not great but I finally got ahold of the person it was a lady. I explained to her about it and she said I can't wait. We are getting busy and she hung up on me. I drove up to turkey hill to park my car and made a phone call and ask for manager. And I told him what happened and he apologized then I said I have ice cream in my car. My order were placed at 12:09pm. I got ahold of manager at 12:44 pm and demand a refund back and he refuse to. I told him it was already deducted from my bank. He said I will have to go inside to show it to him. I told him are you serious??? I told him I'm going to reach out to the corp. he said go ahead because I won't be able to get in touch with corp. I have cold foods and ice cream. All of the parking lot is packed. No spot to park: All I wanted is my damn mocha frappes and they got away with my money. I was furious. I'm seeking legal action for deaf discrimination They lost me as a loyal customer. I will never...
Read moreWow! This McDonald's is amazing. (9/6/2020) The evening/night manager there (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name), along with his crew went miles above and beyond their duties to provide Chick-fil-A levels of service and courtesy! My wife and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary at the hotel across the street and had walked over to get a bite to eat. It had been a very long day with lots of traveling and it was about 9:20pm and we didn't realize that they had already closed inside and curbside had ended at 8pm. So as we were walking back to get our car to use the drive-thu, the manager saw us and invited us in to order inside! He let us know that they normally give apple pies with curbside orders but as we tried, he was going give them anyway. Since it turned out he only had one at the moment he also gave us each a hot fudge sundae. All the while the crew and managers were astonishingly friendly and outgoing. It was hands down the BEST experience we've ever had at...
