Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Lampeter Township

The last time I ordered delivery for a reason.. the convenience. About 10 minutes after ordering I was called to ask if I could come pick up my food, it wasnt close to closing time or anything like that but the reason I ordered delivery was because I was picking up my son from practice.. was disappointed that I wasnt given a reason for them canceling my delivery. Last night I ordered pick up and when I arrived 20 minutes after ordering the cashier told me the guy in the back forgot to put cheese on my pizza......... So I waited another 10 while the rest of my food was already finished and my family was at home waiting. 10 minutes isnt the end of the world but the convenience of ordering out hasnt been all that convenient with Pizza Hut in Willow Street...

Ordered for delivery. Nowhere does it say door dash does the delivery. We pay with cash and tip generously. App and website say delivery 5:20-5:40. Time keeps being added on and now it says 5:45. Call number associated with store at 5:33 and it is a call center. Center transfers to store who doesn’t answer. However after no answer on the website it says order delivered at 5:36! Finally talk to the store store at 5:47 and want to cancel order- they say it had been picked up already- (order not picked up until 5:57!) The worker at the store never told me it was DoorDash . This store tells lies about orders. When DoorDasher got to house - food was cold. On top of this he didn’t speak English!!! Felt sorry for this guy and paid. Will never use this...

I actually emailed Pizza Hut customer service last night. This was the first time I ordered the apple pie dessert from Pizza Hut. It is supposed to come with six Apple pies according to the website. I was sent for apple pies and a crushed up half of a fifth one. Of the four full apple pies one was busted open and the insides were all over the container. It did not look presentable at all and I was very surprised it passed through your standard to give to a customer. I’ve had a few problems with this Pizza Hut for getting toppings on my pizza or giving me the wrong topping. They always remedy it by giving me a gift card or something free but it would be nice just to have the order correct in the...
