Went out of our way to be kind and didn't go into the lobby to eat 5 minutes before they closed. So we went thought the drive through and ordered a party pack of tacos and a large drink also asked for a large glass of water. The manager Jeff jumped in on the young girl taking our order and said he could only give small glasses of water. So I asked for 5 because we have 3 children, myself and my husband. He got angry and said we couldn't do that because those cups cost him money. I would have to pay for them all like soda. Tried explaining to him we don't drink much soda and I even paid for a soda! So I told him that I wanted to call and complain about that. He said oh I bet you do your arguing with me. On 2.14.22 I went to the drive through at the willow street taco bell. It was 7:00 pm. My passenger wanted to use his gift card. And I wanted to pay my own bill. I said I had 2 orders. The lady said they can't do that. I asked why. I heard 2 people say "because we are short staffed". There was only one car behind us the entire time. They said we would have to come in to do 2 orders. We did not want to go in. My passenger ate but I was not able to get food and have dinner. The logic is failed. It would have taken about an extra 30 seconds to take my money. Whether we ordered separately or together the cooks would be doing the same amount if work.
