Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Long Branch

If you're looking for consistency for screwing up your order this is the place! I use to visit this location Monday-Friday on my way to work however I had to stop because of the amount of screw ups. I have switched over to Starbucks and have not looked back. However 2 days ago I thought let me give them another try and switch it up, it's been about 6 months since I visited this place. I used the drive-through and ordered a latte and a bacon egg and chesse on a croissant. After paying I recieved my coffee, and saw no spills on the cup. Ok we're off to a great start, received my bag of food and drove off. As I was on the road i opened the bag to find a bagel and cream cheese!!

The following day I stop there with my girlfriend and as I'm in line on the drive-through I tell her the story about the day prior. We both order bacon egg and cheese on a croissant and caramel lattes. I go ahead and repeat my order to make sure they kid had it right and he cuts me off and says " yea yea I got it". I'm thinking okay he's on the ball. Pull up we get the lattes and the food. I opened the bag to discover the correct food! We drove off, as we pulled away my girlfriend takes a sip of her latte to find its just a plain latte! So I went back, this time I went in with the lattes and brought it to an employees attention. I then see the drive - through boy who looked like he couldn't give a crap about his job. The drinks were corrected but 2 days in a row they messed up! This is after 6 months of not visiting this place, they are fully staffed with the most incompetent people known to only succeed at screwing up a simple task, which is their only task, at taking orders correctly and fulfilling...

I will never go here again. I understand that are shortages with some items but how can you run out of eggs!?! I placed a mobile order before coming and by the time I got here my order wasn't even ready. I ordered a medium coffee, 2 glazed donuts and an egg and cheese on an English muffin. I get to the window after waiting for around 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker, only to find out there's no eggs. So I ask for a refund, which they offered to provide something else, but what's the point with no eggs as I don't eat pork. Then they give me my glazed donuts and I leave. The next day, I place a mobile order again for an egg and cheese on an English muffin. I accidentally placed it to the wrong store, which just so happened to be this one. I call the store to get a refund and the guy tells me there's no manager on duty and to contact customer service through the app. On my way home, I decided to stop by and try to get my sandwich. Peep this, NO ENGLISH MUFFINS!!!!!! You cannot make this up. I will never go to this store again. Nothing but problems. I will say that the staff was really nice and that is much appreciated but how can not have eggs and the next day not have...

DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN!

I don't often write negative reviews but I feel like I had to share my experience. I ordered glazed munchkins from here the other day. Now, to be fair I was distracted putting my card into the reader so I didn't see what the lady was putting in the bag. I took the bag and left. Once in my care I saw she had given me Chocolate Glazed.

Now I don't really understand how this even got mixed up because chocolate is a whole other word I didn't say but misunderstandings and mistakes happen so it wasn't that big of a deal.

I went back in and after waiting for a few minutes, finally she comes back to me and I explain the situation. She takes the bag of munchkins from me and PUTS THE CHOCOLATE GLAZED MUNCHKINS BACK TO BE USED AGAIN and then put the regular glazed in the same bag and handed it back to me.

Now as someone who worked fast food for years, you absolutely cannot do that. That's a major safety and health concern. And to be clear, I didn't want those munchkins. I would have been fine if she took them and tossed them. But once food has been served you cannot take it back and serve it to another customer.

Never returning to this Dunkin again and no one...
