This has been the worst experience I have had with a vendor in my entire career, in every aspect, both the work itself as well as the customer service. About a year ago I brought in a pool robot that needed soldering, they have done the job and it worked for a few months only, I was very busy to bring it back in, because I use anyway only in the summer, when I brought unit in, it was a year and a few days and they said that it’s out of warranty, just a few days away.. I have decided to give them another chance although they did a terrible job at first, I came on Saturday 6/21/2025, and they said that it will be ready the next day 6/22 at 5 pm, I have not heard from them until 6/23 late on the day that they could not fix it and they have to send it to a professional soldering, which means that last time around they admitted to not do a professional job because they have attempted to do in the shop, they also said that they are closed on Sunday, although in my receipt it said clearly that I can pick it up on Sunday and the door outside it says that Sunday is a working day. Yet I have not heard anything until I have decided to go there on 6/28 Saturday, to learn from them that they could not do the job, they could not even call me, then I asked, well can I get the robot back, and the person there with a name of Mike, said that it will take a couple of weeks to get that back, can you imagine… Total failure, poor performance, terrible customer service and it’s so clear that the people there both Shawn and Mike cannot care less, I will never go there again, and I recommend everyone to think twice if to go there, this has been the worse and most disgusting service I have ever experienced, shame on them.

Read moreI had originally brought my laptop in for a repair in regards to a crack within the screen. The guy was mumbling rude things about me with a disgust look on his face when he had asked me questions about my laptop and i wasn’t sure about it because i had just got it as a gift from someone. They eventually replaced the screen but with the new screen I wasn’t able to face time anyone nor use my camera what so ever. It said connect camera. I didn’t think it was an issue so I had set that aside because I thought it would be an easy fix to go on YouTube and do it myself. But it turns out it was much different than I thought. I brought it to Apple since it was an Apple Mac. They took a deep look at it and realize the screen on the back didn’t have an Apple logo and that the screen never came with the camera at all. Which led me into another problem. So I brought it in and they were giving me a hard time of course until I talked to someone else they said they will try to fix it. After 3 weeks they couldn’t fix it. They asked if I wanted a refund with my old screen which had the Apple logo on the back and was the one I initially brought it to them with a small crack or if I wanted to pay $100 for a new screen. I said I wanted the refund and my old screen it turns out they gave me even a worse screen then I had originally brought it to them. It wasn’t my old screen it didn’t have the Apple logo on the back nor turn on at all this time. It’s in a much worse condition than I had originally brought it to them. But don’t worry! One December 13, 2023 I brought my phone in for repair of the back cover. They ordered the part but when it came in a different technician told me they wouldn't honor the warranty unless I also replaced the battery, another part they had to order. I told them to go ahead and order it. A few days later the first technician called me to tell me the back cover was in. It turns out the battery was never ordered and no notation had been made about me showing up and being turned away. The first technician ordered the battery. When I received a notification that the battery was in, I headed into the store. Ultimately I left my phone to have these parts replaced, and they broke some part causing the screen to be useless. They said they would order the part and call me when the phone was ready. Six days later I was told they have no idea when the part will be in, because, the weather has been bad. I contacted customer support at ubreakifix (or ubreakwebreakmore as I call it) and was told I had no option but to wait until the parts come in and the repairs are done. That was yesterday, January 23, 2024 and today I'm going down to retrieve my broken phone, with assistance of the local police if needed.
They have never kept me updated on the status of the repair unless I contacted them first and they have not updated the "Track Your Repair Online" log because they obviously don't want a record of this misadventure. Do yourself a favor and stay far away...
