Kelley's Kickin Chickin — Restaurant in West Memphis

This was a mixed experience. Only drive up is available and the speaker doesn't work so you have to call and place your order either before you get there or in the drive thru. I saw a review that said the order is always wrong so after we waited 30 min in parking lot for our order we checked before leaving. We thought all was well. However when we got to our lodging we realized that we had been given baked beans instead of green beans and there was no dressing for the salad. The salad was a joke- don't order it....shredded lettuce, a tomato slice, shredded cheese and carrot /celery sticks is not a salad! The food was good and hot though which was good. The hot honey sauce on the wings was really good. I didn't realize that when I ordered flats I would get the wing tip as well. They have min order sizes so be ready. Must order 10 boneless and 10 kickin' chicken wings which was too much for me but I had to order it. The macaroni and cheese was not good but the greens were. If I could give negative five stars, I would. I ordered 30 party wings with Honey Hot and Lemon Pepper — but they didn’t even bother to add the Lemon Pepper. Strike one. Next, the drumlets were overcooked to the point of being inedible — dry, hard, and tasting like they were fried in old grease. Honestly, it was like chewing on tree bark. To make things worse, I specifically ordered party wings, but was given drumlets and traditional wing flats — not what I paid for. I eat wings regularly, so I definitely know the difference. When I called to explain the issues, the manager was rude and dismissive. Every concern I raised was met with disagreement, zero accountability, and eventually, he just hung up on me. When I called back, I overheard him tell another employee that I was “rude” — which couldn’t be further from the truth. I never once cursed or raised my voice. The ONLY REASON STARS APPEAR ON THIS REVIEW IS BECAUSE THE REVIEW WON’T show up! Negative on stars!!!!! Service was horrible, food was cold, atmosphere was just as bad. They didn’t EARN ANY stars!!!

Place an order at the window @ 5:13 pm. I don’t mind waiting on a Friday because I know it’s busy. They asked me to park, wait 15 minutes, come back to drive thru. I do that, to be told they will bring it out when it’s ready. I park closer this time. An HOUR later, after I’ve watched several people that were not there when I originally arrived pull up and walk in to get their orders, I walk in with my receipt in hand. The young lady wearing the headset asks if I’m picking up a call in order, as she’s shuffling thru something on the counter. I respond that I’m picking up the order I’ve been waiting on the lot for an hour for. No apology, no refund offered, nothing! I received my food about 6:20 pm!
