I dont even wanna give this rude place a star. First.. They wait till you get to the window to say no credit or debit. So i have to leave and get cash. Then!!! I order again. And they said i cant add big mac sauce on my burger.. So i pay 50cents for a little thing of sauce (pictured) and then i sit and wait for my foor for 2 mins (their timer said) and get my food. Without my big mac sauce. So she slams the window in my face and screams can i get a side of big mac sauce. She says thats 50 cents. I told her i already paid she said no you didnt. (This is a grown woman remind you) i showed her my receipt. She said oh they put it on your burger i said no maam its not on there. She slams the window again and says it aint on there she opens it and says give me your burger. (As though i was lying) so i did. And she basically threw it back at me. And handed me my sauce. And i said thank you. She rolled her eyes. Turned around and went somewhere. I wanted to ask for ketchup so i waited. (I had a large fry) timer now said 7 mins. She came to the window and opened the window and said "what" i said well first of all i would like some ketchup if thats ok. She grabed 2 little packets for my large fry. And handed it to me. I said maam can i get more. She grabbed a handful and threw them basically into my car. Then she said anything else. I said yes maam. I would like a refund. She said for what you done took everything you needed. I said i want your manager please. And the manager was even worse. Threw my money at me told me to not come anymore at night. Smh so sad. I am glad i moved to lousianna i just was down here to visit and i get...
Read moreStopped by Sunday night (8-7-22) on a road trip to Ohio. Worst McDonald's experience ever! I don't post many reviews in general, more so fast food, but our experience here was terrible. We ordered through the mobile app and stopped to use the restroom before picking up our order at the drive thru.
Walked in through the side door to a spilled dried up drink that wasn't cleaned up. Made my way into the restroom which was filthy. One of the urinals had brown paper towels in it (there is no paper towels in the restroom). Went into the toilet stall, had toilet paper everywhere. Toilet was clogged and almost overflowing.
We proceeded to pick up order through drive-thru. They pulled up our order, and said they were out of FRIES!? Out of fries at McDonald's? After the uncleanliness of the restaurant and that, that should have been our cue to just cancel the order. However it was getting late Sunday and not many places stay open after that.
We updated our order a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets. Asked for sweet and sour sauce... You guessed it, out of that as well. So we asked if they had honey mustard, they did. So we completed our order and drove around.
Picked up our order. No napkins provided, one of the hamburgers didn't have ketchup, 2 Hot and Spicy McChickens didn't have any Mayo (makes for a really dry sandwich) and every single hamburger patty was dry and overcooked. And a triple down on our experience, there was no honey mustard sauce either.
I know times are tough, hard to find good staff, supply chain issues etc. But there is no excuse for...
Read moreBased on recent experiences concerning fast food workers not wearing masks, I went inside to order. Employees, including, cooks, checkers (handling fries) are either not wearing masks or wearing incorrectly! The only one wearing a mask had it below her nose. How many times in an hour does one touch their nose unconsciously, a lot! I don't think these people are stupid, but certainly show no regard for customers in assuming they have not been exposed to COVID & cannot infect others. They are placing other peoples lives at risk. Especially now, when new strains, with no proven effective vaccines, are responsible for COVID all time high death rates & very quickly spreading around our country. 1,500 people died in one day, last Friday. We should assume that companies ignoring employees who don't wear masks, wear masks around their necks & those who wear masks improperly (under their nose, not covering) it are at least partially responsible for some of these deaths and certainly partially responsible for the spread of COVID. These companies are demonstrating a lack of respect & concern for customer welfare. Obviously, these employees should not be working in food service. The virus is contagious prior to showing symptoms. Assuming no one intentionally infects others, it is the corporation's responsibility to train employees how to wear masks & enforce mask rules! McDonalds is obviously NOT CONCERNED. Note: same issue with McDonalds on Poplar near...
